The Germans because of their history have worked hard since 1945 to fight against the stereotypes that other nations have of them. Germany is now so peaceful that the country that once ravaged Europe is now also the nation that agonised over whether or not, and in what circumstances German troops could serve overseas with international forces.
German politicians have gone out of their way to show their anti racist credentials over the years. Germany, although not a traditional immigrant receiving society, opened up its borders to immigrants who behaved often in a very much non-German way. German politicians seemingly terrified with being labelled as sympathisers with the crimes of the German past, made more and more accommodations for the often Islamic immigrant communities, despite rising levels of crime committed by immigrants.
The depredations that Islam has made on Germany have become more and more noticeable. If these problems are visible to us in the UK then the Bearded Savage problems that Germany has must be very noticeable indeed. Recently stories that have come out of Germany tell of a rise in Islamic derived anti-Semitism, separatism calls by Islamic groups and attempts to impose Shariah Law.
However there are signs that the German people are starting to get tired of the Leftist lie of multiculturalism, tired of being told by politicians that Islam is not a problem, despite the evidence of the German citizen’s own eyes. Islamic culture in Germany has caused problems and it serves no purpose to say otherwise.
A recent survey by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) newspaper in Germany which the newspaper commissioned showed a huge level of distrust and hatred towards Muslims resident in Germany. Having seen how Islam behaves in the UK I’m not surprised that Islam is hated in Germany, its depredations are not too popular here in the UK either.
The FAZ said:
“Respondents to the poll were asked to choose which of 21 statements they were offered about Islam that most closely reflected their opinion. 83% of them think that Islam is associated with impairing women’s rights, 77% thought Islam was a literalist religion; 70% said Islam is associated with religious fanaticism and radicalism. A significant part of Germany’s population also believes that Islam is ready for violence (64%), hatred (60%), active missionary activity (56%), and striving for political influence (56%). Only 13% of respondents associate Islam with love for neighbours; 12% – with charity; 7% – with openness and tolerance.
These results do not differ much from a similar poll conducted in May 2006, although that poll was taken at the height of the Mohammed cartoons controversy.”

The fact that 64% believe Islam is ready to kick off is pretty high and probably reflects the fact that people have seen that Islam when thwarted in its desires or its demands, doesn’t rethink its position or look for compromise as a civilised person or group would do , but immediately reaches for the tool of violence. It seems the Germans have noticed this attitude of swaggering arrogance and hair-trigger violence amongst the worlds Islamic cultures and have drawn the reasonable assumption that Islam contains a lot of violent nutters. Also, surely it’s time for Islam to do some self-reflection about why only 7% of Germans feel charitable towards Islam.
Although the report shows that German respondents to the survey that only 19% believe that Islam itself isn’t a problem (those 19% have probably not read the Koran yet) a majority of Germans (52%) do not agree with making social and political accommodation for Islamic practices.
It appears that the German people are getting more confident about saying what they feel about their own bearded savage problems. This to my mind is a good thing as for too long people across Europe have felt inhibited about speaking up against Islam for reasons of political correctness.
I wonder if a similar honest poll could be undertaken in the UK and more importantly would the BBC broadcast it if it gave a politically incorrect answer.
