What do you mean, noncing has nothing to do with Islam. it has EVERYTHING to do with Islam.

It seems that the home city of the Oxford Grooming Gang members decided that it wouldn’t read the statement, read out in many other mosques, decrying the grooming of young non-Muslim girls.

The Oxford Mail said on the 29th June:

SEVERAL Oxford mosques did not take part in yesterday’s simultaneous anti-grooming sermons held across the country.

Hundred of sermons took place after a gang of seven men from Oxford were given prison sentences totalling at least 95 years for sexually exploiting girls as young as 11 in Oxford. Five were of Pakistani origin and two were from North Africa.

But Oxford Islamic leaders yesterday said it was wrong to link child sex grooming cases to their religion as the abusers were not practising Muslims.”

That is neither here nor there.  Although the grooming beasts may not have been as practising as the Muslim leaders would like, they were all brought up in a Muslim culture that despises women and sees non-Muslim women as prey.

The Oxford Mail added:

But those who attended the Madina Mosque in Stanley Road, the Bath Street Mosque and Oxford Central Mosque in Manzil Way said they did not take part.

Imam Monawar Hussain, of the Oxford Foundation youth project, went to Friday prayers at the Central Oxford Mosque in Manzil Way and said the Imam of the mosque spoke about Ramadan and charity.

He said the Tag sermons were a “publicity stunt” and fed into the far-right agenda that grooming gangs stemmed from the Islamic culture.”

Imam Hussain is either mistaken or lying.  These offences, the manner they were carried out and the demographic make up of the offenders, has everything to do with Islam.  There is also no ‘far right’ agenda on the subject of Islamic grooming gangs, yes some far right groups have picked up the issue, but the anger about this phenomenon is coming from the ordinary man and woman in the street.  These offenders were brought up in a supremacist culture that helped them see non-Muslim women as there for the taking.  Basically, the Koran told them to do it.  The sort of cultures that Islam creates, produces people like this.  It has everything to do with Islam.
