This piece from Esmerelda Weatherwax of New English Review shows how appallingly Islamic groups have behaved in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Grants for community groups are dished out primarily to Islamic groups, housing repairs are concentrated on areas controlled by Muslim Bangladeshis, and attempts have been made to sully the skyline on the Isle of Dogs with yet another mosque. The East London Mosque, a major political player in the borough, has repeatedly promoted Islamic extremists some of whom have attitudes to gays, non-Muslims, free women which are to be quite frank, murderous. It is no wonder that patriot groups like the EDL want to march there and point out what a foul, corrupt Islamic cesspit Tower Hamlets has become.

The East London Mosque has received £2.9 million of taxpayers money in the last 6 years.
That’s only what we know about. How much taxpayers money have partner organisations such as the London Muslim Centre received? Also how much money earmarked for ‘community’ or ‘education’ projects, granted to Tower Hamlets found its way into things controlled by the ELM. If there is any organisation that could legitimately be described as a ‘cancer’ then it is the East London Mosque.
