Bin bag or mobile Islamic canvas prison. Can you tell the difference?
Great news from Birmingham where the principal of Birmingham Metropolitan College has banned Islamic garb that covers the face. Also banned are other types of face covering such as hoodies and caps. The reason for this ban is so that all students can be recognised at all times to help the college create a secure environment for their students.
Needless to say the Islamic grievance machine has gone into overdrive with dissemblers of Tell Mama (who retweeted the news) and the Islam appeasing Left getting hot under the collar about it.
The Birmingham Mail said:
“Angry Muslim students have hit out at college chiefs after being banned from wearing religious veils for “security” reasons.
All students, staff and visitors to Birmingham Metropolitan College have been told to remove any face coverings so individuals are “easily identifiable at all times”.
But the controversial ban of the niqab – a veil that leaves only a slot for the eyes – has sparked fury among some Muslim girls, who say they are being discriminated against.
The policy was revealed just days after politicians discussed banning the burka. Kettering MP Philip Hollobone – who refuses to see constituents who will not lift their veils – raised the issue in a Private Member’s Bill, saying it “goes against the basic part of the British way of life”.
News of the policy at the Birmingham college was broken to one prospective Muslim student at the start of the new term last week.
The angry 17-year-old girl, who did not want to be named, said: “It’s disgusting.
“It is a personal choice and I find it absolutely shocking that this has been brought in at a college in Birmingham city centre when the city is so multicultural and so many of the students are Muslim.
“It upsets me that we are being discriminated against.”
Apart from the general whiny tone of this girl, she cannot get it into her head that this is NOT discrimination because other types of face hiding apparel is also banned.
It is pleasing to see that a person in a position of authority has stood up to the moaners of the ‘special needs religion’ and applied a common sense policy on identification of students.
The whining Muslim prospective student was also said by the Birmingham Mail to be:
“…….. so upset at the policy that she says she decided to look for another college place in the city.”
If I was part of the management of this college I would be thinking ‘good riddance’ to an obvious troublemaker. If this girls loyalty is to Allah and his Peado Prophet and so obviously NOT the United Kingdom, why doesn’t she try for a place in a college in some Islamic shithole country. They prefer women to be imprisoned in mobile canvas prisons in such places. They would be very accommodating to her Islamic delusion there. That is if such places even allow women to be educated.
The Birmingham Mail added:
“Principal and chief executive Dame Christine Braddock DBE, said the policy had been in place for some time and had been developed to keep students safe.
She said: “We have a very robust Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy at Birmingham Metropolitan College but we are committed to ensuring that students are provided with a safe and welcoming learning environment whilst studying with us.
“To ensure that safeguarding is a priority, we have developed our policy alongside student views to ensure we keep them safe.
“This needs individuals to be easily identifiable at all times when they are on college premises and this includes the removal of hoodies, hats, caps and veils so that faces are visible.
“All prospective and progressing students, as well as staff, have been advised of the policy, which will mean everyone allowed on the premises can understand and know each other in a safe environment.”
Well done Dame Braddock. This is a healthy and positive move.
Islamic face coverings and much of the Islamic ideology have no place in Britain, no place at all.

I would say worse than a horror film. Horror films are fiction, but Islam is unfortunately, real.

Bunny, if you can stand it (and you may need a shower afterwards) go to the Tell Mama site and see how the savages are screaming about this ruling. Looks like there is going to be a protest of bag heads and bearded savages over this. Let’s hope that the principal sticks to her guns on this one. This decision is not discriminatory because it covers over ‘face covering’ garb.
Ill tell you something Bunny , I live in India where we 750 million hindus actually lose elections because politicians give so much sops to 200 million muslims ? We hindus are lazy and dont end up voting , they reproduce like mad and each of them vote … You;ll soon be facing that too. I am definitely not saying all muslims are bad, as a matter of fact i know few who are quite nice however its the 10% that gives the rest a really bad name
Good thing too, when I enrolled @University a veiled “Stealth Woman” was about to have her I/d photo taken. All the males had to leave the room! Leaving aside the oddity of having a photo I/d for somebody essentially dressed as a Pillar Box I remembered my late Gran commenting that these sort of women must be unspeakably ugly as well.
