In Canada, where there has been a reaction to the massive influx of Bearded Savages and which is having a divisive impact there has been much debate about the presence of religious symbols in public life. The sudden appearance of symbols of Islamic supremacism, in particular clothing, has worried Canadians, as well it should.
It seems that the Islamics are getting a bit cheeky now with how much they are pushing their way into Canadian society. A mosque in Toronto has emblazoned one of its exterior walls with a Jihadist verse from the Koran. A verse that has a long history of being used during bloody and cruel Islamic conquests.
The Toronto Sun reports:
“It’s part of a Quranic verse that has over centuries been a battle cry of jihadis and the armies of the Islamic world.
The mural, at the west end of Toronto’s Little India on Gerrard Street, has verse 13 of the Qur’an’s chapter 61 “Al-Saff” (The Battle Array) painted in tasteful Arabic calligraphy.
It reads: “Help from Allah (is near) and a speedy victory (is assured).”
The words are innocuous and otherwise poetic.
Islamists will insist they are harmless, but it would be a falsehood to suggest the verse is not associated with doing battle with the infidel enemy. After all, these same words were once inscribed on the handles of Islamic swords and are today sung as Islamic battle songs by Jihadis.
According to Ibn Katheer, the 14th century Islamic scholar, in the verse “The Battle Array” (Al-Saff) Muslims are told that if they are willing to sacrifice their lives and possessions in the service of Allah, then not only will they find Paradise after death, but the conquest they desire over their enemy will be theirs very soon after they confront the enemy.”
How is such an action, the painting of a twenty odd foot high statement of bloodlust be compatible with civilised Canadian society? How can it look like anything other than what it appears to be, which is a declaration of war, by Muslims against all the rest of us?
Maybe it is time that we took them at their word and accepted that declaration because for centuries, Islam has genuinely wanted to wipe out people who they consider as ‘other’. What this mosque has done is no different from an individual threatening to kill someone. If someone says that they are going to kill you, and they have a history of violence, wouldn’t it be prudent to believe what they say and take action to stop them killing you?
No peaceful religion would do this, but then Islam as we see everyday, is often anything but peaceful.
