Jamie Paulin Ramirez, Jihad Jamie. Islam attracts the nutcases that other ideologies find hard to reach.

The gaoling for eight and ten years of the women known by the media as ‘Jihad Jamie’ and ‘Jihad Jane’ gives us yet another example of the sort of violent and disturbed individuals who are attracted to the ideology of Islam.

The Reuters News agency said:

“A Colorado woman who converted to Islam and went to Ireland to join a man she believed was training for terrorist operations was sentenced to eight years in prison Wednesday.

Jamie Paulin Ramirez, 35, pleaded guilty in a federal court in Philadelphia to providing material support to terrorists.

She was nicknamed “Jihad Jamie” by the media following her 2010 arrest because she had joined a group in Ireland that included another American-born, white-skinned, blonde-haired woman, Colleen LaRose, who called herself “Jihad Jane.”

The two women were lured to Europe by Islamist extremists who hoped to use their appearance and U.S. passports to carry out violent attacks, prosecutors said.”

These two women actively chose to associate themselves with terrorists, and they converted to the ideology of the terrorists, and were prepared to undertake acts of terror or support acts of terror. Why pray, should they not be classified as traitors?

This case should also help to open up the eyes of the people and politicians of the Republic of Ireland to the fact that Jihadis are operating in their midst and may be swimming almost unnoticed by the general population of Ireland, among that country’s growing burden of Islamic citizens.

So many of these converts to Islam go bad like this, we’ve seen this sort of thing happening worldwide, time upon time again. It is almost as if there is something inherent in the ideology of Islam that either clicks with already damaged and anti-social people, or encourages its members to be anti-social and violent.

Either way, I cannot recall any convert to Islam in my experience, who was altogether the ‘full ticket’. I’ve met plenty of relatively sane people who’ve become Christians, Buddhists, Jews or Druids, but less of these relatively sane people joining Islam. Maybe it’s because those joining Islam want something that suits them and their headspace, ie they want a ‘religion’ that is F***ing Mental.
