West Midlands Police, rapidly becoming a failing police force.
West Midlands Police has got something of a growing and notorious reputation for pandering to Islamic groups and on one occasion arresting, allegedly on the instructions of one Fiyaz Mughal, a man called Tim Burton for calling Mr Mughal a ‘Mendacious grievance-mongering Taqiyya artist’.
Not only that but the Chief Constable of West Midlands Police was forced to deny accusations by the Chief Inspector of Constabulary, Tom Winsor, that vigilante justice was rife among Birmingham’s ethnic minorities and that some offences, including sex offences, were not being reported to the police.
West Midlands Police has also allowed itself to be heavily penetrated by groups of concern and in one case the discredited ‘anti Islamic hate crime monitor’ Tell Mama has been recruited to act as a ‘third party’ reporting entity. Effectively, WMP allowed Tell Mama to act as an semi-detached part of the police force in that area. This is not good.
Now comes even more revelations about the organisational dung-heap that is West Midlands Police. The Birmingham Mail has carried the worrying story that unauthorised access to police data has been quite widespread.
The Birmingham Mail said:
“Force says 30 officers have been investigated since 2009, with seven dismissed
West Midlands Police officers have been sacked for a range of data protection breaches, new figures show.
The force said 30 staff, including detectives, were investigated for a string of information breaches since 2009.
Seven were dismissed without notice and resigned following accusations.
A further nine received management advice while five were handed final written warnings.
Breaches included misusing the police database and accessing confidential information.
A Victim Support spokesman said it was “very worrying” that the personal data of victims of crime might be being accessed and used inappropriately by people in a position of trust.
Chief Inspector Deb Doyle, from the force’s professional standards department, said allegations against officers or staff working for West Midlands Police are taken very seriously and are investigated thoroughly by the force’s professional standards department.
“We also routinely pro-actively examine the behaviour of all officers and staff working within the organisation and act accordingly wherever we see failings.
“We expect the highest standards from all staff and where behaviour does not meet these expectations the appropriate action is taken, working closely with the Crown Prosecution Service and the Independent Police Complaints Commission where necessary.
“Maintaining the highest professional standards is essential as part of our ongoing commitment to secure and maintain the trust and confidence of the communities we serve.”
The data, just released under the Freedom of Information Act by West Midlands Police showed a detective constable was dismissed without notice in 2010 when they were found to have conducted “an inordinate amount of unlawful checks on systems”.
The same year, a Pc was given a final written warning for the “interrogation of police systems and giving out information”.
Another Pc, also in 2010, was handed the same punishment for “acting inappropriately in checking police system and causing a stolen report to be removed”, while a colleague received management advice for “conducting checks not related to his role as a police officer”.
In 2012, a detective constable was also dismissed without notice for accessing and disclosing confidential information, the force said.
West Midlands Police is the second largest police force in the country, serving a population of almost 2.8 million.

Dodgy data handling, dodgy friends, dodgy operational tactics. There really does seem to be something stinking to high heaven in the West Midlands Police and it is the stink of corruption, politicisation and turning a blind eye to the entryism of groups that are of concern.

Dear Mr McMillan, thank you for your comment I’ll try to deal with your points in turn if I can.

What not even the extreme hatred of ‘the other’ which is evidenced by the behavior of Islamic groups, communities and individuals from Arabia to Zanzibar? The culture of Islam so often encouraged hatred towards members of other faiths or philosophical paths. I’m afraid the phrase ‘there’s nothing Islamic about them’ has also been uttered by those trying to reduce the seriousness or talk down the problem of Islamic Grooming Gangs.

Well bully for you, and well done to your friends for condemning this terrible murder. However like I said earlier, we’ve heard many of these lines before in connection with other murders, other sex attacks, other acts of terror.

Are you sure of that? All of them?
I have lived in Pollokshields for 45 years and I would agree that there has been a downturn in the quality of the area, can you blame “Muslims” for that? I don’t think so.
The injection of the ideology of Islam has most certainly not been good for the non-Muslims of Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Newham etc in London and Bradford, Blackpool, Leicester, Ipswich, Sparkbrook in Birmingham etc etc. As I say so often on here an elsewhere, sometimes it is not individual Muslims that are to blame for these problems but Islamic culture.
I think we can however blame many people who might have been from a Pakistani background and who we’re born into Muslim families but they are not practising Muslims, they will profess to be Muslim when it suits them but they have no idea what the religion is about (I have a degree in Religious Studies) and there are just as many people of non ethnic/Pakistani people causing just as much havoc in the area. ”
We are all to a certain extent, products of our culture but culture unlike things like skin colour, can be changed. I agree that Pakistani culture is a basket case culture (which is why I produce a ‘Now That’s Why Pakistan is a Shithole’ feature) but it is a culture based on Islam. Like it or not Islam is a supremacist ideology and that is reflected in the number of attacks on Christians, Hindus, Sikhs etc in the nations, like Pakistan, where Islam dominates. Christians are murdered daily in places like Syria and Somalia, Buddhists are murdered by Muslims in Thailand and Burma, Hindus are murdered by Muslims in Bangladesh. Islam on the whole is not a nice ideology and one towards which using the doctrine of ‘turn the other cheek’ will only end up with the cheek turners head being detached from their body with a rusty knife. Me, I prefer to follow the idea that it is not only sinful to not speak up about evil, but it is also right to be watchful towards it, and if necessary fight it. If you are a person with a theology degree then you will know the origin of the phrase ‘If one comes to kill you, then get up earlier and kill them first’. That’s not to be taken literally of course, in this case, but self defence against aggressive ideologies like Islam is not wrong, although I’d much prefer that these problems were sorted out via the ballot box and not a street fight.

It was a wrong headed decision that has from what I can see made things worse. Pandering to thugs from the Islamic community to keep them quiet or pandering to avoid a false accusation of ‘racism’ and thereby avert career damage by the police is not a phenomenon exclusive to Pollockshields I’m afraid.
As for the “Islamic thugs” theory, well that is a contradiction in itself. If they are “thugs” they are not “Islamic” it’s not Muslims who are the problem, it is the lack of policing and socialist attitudes that have left people to run riot that is to blame.
I certainly agree that socialism and its injection into entities that should be unbiased, such as the police, has been an enormous problem, but the racist thugs who murdered Mr Donald, because he was white and non-Muslim which is a fact that cannot be escaped from, were from the Islamic community therefore the use of the phrase ‘Islamic thugs’ was entirely justified.
There really are some very uneducated words in this article. Consider this, if Sharia law was in use in this country, it would be up to Kriss’ parent/s what would happen to the murderers and if they asked for them to be executed that would be allowed (not an option I would choose as I am a pacifist)
I’m very very aware of the nature of Shariah Law, I’m aware of its injustices, its oppression, its violence. I’m not a pacifist, although I choose to walk the path of peace where I can, because I’m aware of the great failure of pacifism when it was shown that pacifist ideologies did nothing to counter the rise of the fascist dictators that eventually set the world aflame between circa 1930 and 1945. These thugs who did unspeakable things to an innocent man should have been judicially executed. I’m not a ‘hang em and flog em’ type but there are certain crimes where justice demands that the offender forfeit their life. To think that these monsters can be reformed is nothing more than the compassion of fools.
in any case, this article makes out as if the entire Muslim community was to blame but the truth is that the murderers were not actually Muslims, did not do anything Islamic in their lives, did not attend a mosque, did not read the Koran or follow it’s teachings, did not give charity as Islam demands, did not look after their neighbours be they black,white, brown, yellow or whatever colour as Islam demands, did not practice Islam full stop.
Like I said earlier, we’ve heard all these excuses before when it comes to the Islamic Grooming Gangs, ‘oh these rapists and torturers are not Muslim really’. From what I see from the rest of the world hating on others and seeing them as ‘untermenschen’ seems too often to be a default position of
too many Islamic communities in so many different parts of the world.

Again are you sure of that? Are you absolutely sure that there have been no threats of violence coming from this community?

It is indeed a very stupid decision on the part of the police. I hope that this decision will make people angry and start to see where and how the police pander to Islamic groups at the expense of other groups. For example: The Sikh community complained for years about groups of Muslim men targeting their daughters for sexual abuse, so have members of the majority secular community complained about this problem but nothing was done. Why was that? Why was Islam given such a free pass? I’d say it is pandering, possibly assisted by political and police corruption and nothing more. There are many areas of the UK where people could quite easily shatter your illusion that there are no Islamic thugs.

Of course it doesn’t but white people, whether they are Christian or not, don’t live in hostile ghettos meting out violence to members of other groups who have the temerity to step into ‘their’ area. Good luck with your prayers, but prayers for peace are worthless without people defending that peace or employing people such as the police to defend that peace. The police in this instance have not defended the peace, they have only caved in from subtle and not so subtle threats of disturbance from those who wish to break the peace.
