Over the last few years this blog has documented some pretty appalling examples of non-Muslims in positions of authority pandering to Islam. We’ve had police officers, during the process of an election, apparently stand by and let corrupt Muslims stuff the ballot boxes, a parliamentary candidate who welcomed a halal slaughterhouse in her area only to backtrack when challenged, another police officer deeply involved in Islamopandering alongside a very questionable group and a Prime Minister who keeps parroting the phrase ‘Islam is a religion of peace’, despite ample evidence to the contrary.
However, all of the above examples, despite being appalling examples of cowardice, selfishness and stupidity they may pale into insignificance next to this month’s offering because it involves publicly humiliating children because their parents, quite rightly in my view, refused them permission to visit a mosque. There is no doubt that here is a couple of specimens of educational propagandists for Islam who truly deserve this month’s ‘British Neville Award’.
In this case the Headteacher of a school in held a special assembly of Lostwithiel School, in Lostwithiel, Cornwall picked out the children whose parents had refused permission for them to be subjected to pro-Islam propaganda and according to one parent fired various questions at them regarding their non-attendance on the mosque visit. The head publicly humiliated a group of children whose parents thought there might be a safety risk in letting them be subjected to this propaganda or being in Muslim environments, and with the mass rapes by Muslims in Rotherham and mass murders by Muslims involved in ISIS most firmly in the front of our minds you can well see why the parents are worried.
This public humiliation of children is utterly disgusting and the actions of the Headteacher, Carolyn Huxley and the chair of Governors Ms Kat Smith, show them to be unfit to work in an education environment and also as ideology driven desk criminals for Islam. How dare they do this to children whose parents have made a legally valid decision to withdraw them from what they perceive as a dangerous visit. It is targeting children because of a parental decision and makes a mockery of both the rights of parents and the rights of children. It is unprofessional in the extreme for Huxley and Smith to be so enamoured of the ideology of multiculturalism and of Islamopandering that they behaved in this manner.
Here’s how Breitbart reported this story, with the original report in italics and this bloggers comments in plain text:
Ten young children who were pulled out of a school trip to a mosque by their parents have been publicly humiliated by their school in Cornwall. The children, aged between eight and 11, were singled out in assembly and made to answer questions about their planned non-attendance.
The question I would like to ask is why did the Headteacher think that this sort of action was acceptable? No crime has been committed which the children are accused of, and neither are these naughty children who have flouted the schools rules, they have been singled out purely because the children’s parents have an opinion that the Head doesn’t approve of. This is disgusting and is the sort of abusive behaviour that we used to see in the Soviet Union and its satellite states or in the European fascist regimes of the 20th century.
Junior school children from Lostwithiel School in Cornwall are due to visit Exeter mosque, Devon in May as part of their Religious Studies lessons. The rural school has just 156 pupils on its books, nearly 100 of whom, aged between eight and 11, are expected to be taking part. The school says the aim of the outing is to teach children that jihadist groups such as ISIS are not a true reflection of Islam.
Why is a school engaging in such base and immoral propaganda? It’s a reflection on how debased our education system has become that putting a dishonest gloss on the ‘religion of exploding to pieces’ is now an acceptable, nay compulsory part of the curriculum, and it really needs to stop.
But the parents of 10 children refused permission for their youngsters to take part in the trip due to safety concerns, citing fears over Islamic terrorism. They reacted furiously to the news that their children had been made to publicly answer questions about their non-attendance, pointing out that it was not the decision of the children involved.
It’s not just the Islamic terrorism that the parents are right to be worried about, don’t forget there’s the mass rapes, the paedophilia, the sedition and treason, the lying, the corruption and misogyny that characterises Islamic cultures to be concerned about as well.
One parent, who asked not to be named, told the Daily Mail “We have grave concerns about the children’s’ safety during the trip due to the horrific events that occur every day. We have therefore decided not to send our children on this trip. This decision is not one based on ignorance or racial or religious beliefs, but one based purely on safety concerns.
“They were made to stand up after assembly. The sitting non-attendees were then asked individually why they were not going on the trip. This is not a decision the children have made, so discriminating against these children in this fashion is disgraceful, unacceptable and unprofessional.”
It is indeed, in the words of the parent ‘disgraceful’. Parents have a legal right to withdraw their children from RE and it is a right that all parents have and legislation that permits that parental withdrawal dates back to the Butler Act of 1944. This is a conscience issue and the parents exercised their rights only to find that the school in its eagerness to pander to Muslims and lie to them about the nature of Islam has ridden roughshod over those rights. Worst of all the Chair of Governors is not even showing any indication that this dictatorial attitude towards the rights of parents might be a problem or that punishing these children for the opinions of their parents was wrong. The multiculti ideology trumps all according to the opinion of this month’s crop of dangerous ‘Nevilles’
Breitbart continued:
However, the Chairman of Governors of Lostwithiel School, Kat Smith, was unapologetic. She insisted that the school had a duty under the Equalities Act 2010 to promote different faiths and ethnicities.
“This is the first time pupils from the school have visited a mosque and it’s an exciting opportunity for them to learn about different faiths and ensure that they’re aware of the diverse nature of modern Britain,” she said.
Note well how in Kat Smith’s mind the ideology of diversity and multiculturalism comes first beyond anything else including the right of parents to decide on religious education, to be concerned about their children’s safety or even the happiness of the children who her Head targeted. Being told a lot of old lying guff by some Muslim propagandist about how Islam is a ‘religion of peace’ would not seem to many to be the sort of ‘exciting opportunity’ that they’d want their child exposed to.
It also shows up the danger inherent in the Equalities Act and why it needs to be repealed. It is oppressive PC multiculturalist claptrap all contained in one piece of legislation. At a time when this country is under great threat from Islamic terror, Islamic corruption and Islamic sedition, we should not have schools telling lies about an ideology that is the enemy of everything good. Why should schools ‘promote’ different faiths, it’s really not their job when you come to think of it. Some instruction in what different people believe then fair enough, provided the information is accurate, but pro-Islam propaganda is not accurate, not honest and to be quite frank, no acceptable in our schools.
“Because of recent news reports about extremist groups, such as ISIS, that identify themselves with Islam, a small number of parents have expressed concerns about the trip and the teaching of Islam in school.
“In response, the school held a special assembly with children to discuss these issues, and the head teacher has met and sent letters to parents with specific concerns.”
No, Ms Smith, you are mistaken, ISIS don’t just ‘identify themselves with Islam’, they are Islam. It would be interesting to know if the parents were informed of this ‘special assembly’ and the nature of it? Could it be that the assembly was held without the parents knowledge so that no parent could object to their children being humiliated in this way? It certainly seems that way. This case reiterates why it is so desperately important to keep a close eye on what our children are being taught in State schools. This is not the only case of educationalists climbing aboard the ‘Islam is a religion of peace’ bandwagon and they are getting away with it because parents are often not even aware that their children are being subjected to Islamic evangelism or dishonest descriptions of the Islamic death cult.
She insisted that the trip was safe for the children to take part in, and that, coming from a provincial area such as Cornwall, it was imperative that children be introduced to other faiths and cultures. And she explained that children should be taught that ISIS is not “a true reflection of Islam”.
How blinkered does a person have to be to be so unaware of history to say that ISIS ‘is not a true reflection of Islam’? Why is ‘imperative’ that children be fed guff about Islam or exposed to members of a culture that seems to have an extremely worryingly permissive attitude to under-age or non-consensual sex?
“A full risk assessment has been conducted for the trip and there is no more risk attached to this trip than any other school trip,” she said.
Bland, dishonest, stupid bollocks spouted by someone who is unfit for the office that she holds and a person who should plainly henceforth lose the trust of all parents at the school.
“Religious Education forms part of the basic curriculum in schools and its teaching is enshrined in law.
Yes but the law also says that parents have a right to remove their child from RE.
The school recognises that parents have the right to withdraw their child from RE in whole or in part, and provide alternative work to further their child’s knowledge and understanding of the parents’ beliefs and values.
So provide a lesson that is in line with the parents beliefs and values, for example: give them a lesson on the Islamic slave traders who ravished the coasts of southern Britain including the coast of Cornwall.
“However, the school is aware that children growing up in Cornwall may have little contact with Muslims and it is aware that it has a duty under the Equality Act 2010 to promote good relations between people of different beliefs and ethnicities as part of its single equality duty.
‘They have little contact with Muslims’, some of us who’ve had the misfortune to live in areas that are politically dominated by a Labour/Islamist alliance will say that these kids are lucky. I think that Ms Smith will find that lots of people of different beliefs have good relations but the fly in the ointment is Islam. I can’t really think of last time I saw a British Jew with a placard saying ‘Death to Apostates’ or a Methodist saying ‘behead those who insult Methodism’, a Hindu demanding that all school meals are vegan, or even a follower of the Flying Spaghetti Monster zipping his wife up in the black ‘bin bag of misogyny’? The reason you don’t see such things is that they do not exist, it’s only Islam that does these sort of thing, nobody else. Islam is an aggressor and it’s time that those who are placed in authority over our children at school start to understand this. Why on earth should we ‘get on’ with members of an ideology, Islam, that wishes to either kill or enslave us? To do so is nothing less than suicide.
“The Governing Body fully supports this trip and the teaching of RE, including Islam. It is the governors’ hope that the visit to the Mosque will provide an insight for pupils into the nature of British Islam, help them understand how Islam is presented in the media and that groups like ISIS are not a true reflection of the Islam followed by the vast majority of Muslims in Britain.”
Ms Smith is far too eager to play the Islam is a religion of peace card that it is almost vomit-inducing. ISIS has everything to do with Islam and to point to British Islam as an exemplar when thousands of ‘British’ Muslims are flocking to support ISIS and similar religious fascist projects is foolish in the extreme.
The school’s headteacher Carolyn Huxley said that the trip would still go ahead and reiterated the need to teach children that jihadist groups such as ISIS are not a true reflection of Islam.
“Our hope from the visit to the mosque is that children will be given a view as to what are the values and beliefs of a ‘British Muslim’”, she said. “This trip will show the children the views of extremists are not a true reflection of Islam as a religion.”
As you can see the Headteacher is as deeply mired in this foolishness as her Chair of Governors. She is a prime example of a person who knows sod all about Islam, and it shows. How dare she play the ‘tiny minority of extremists’ game when it’s plain to see the problems are much deeper than that. Over the last few years we’ve had whole families of Muslims go off to support ISIS, followers of Bangladeshi Islamofascism rig elections in our Capital city, gangs of Muslims emulate their ‘prophet Mohammed’ by raping thousands of non-Muslim children and girls and some have even murdered people on our own streets. Ms Huxley, you are condemned out of your own mouth by your own appeasing words. A decade or so ago Ms Huxley may have been correct in saying that the problems with Islam are down to a tiny minority of extremists, but that is very obviously not the problem today.
So to conclude, this month we have a joint winner of this blog’s ‘British Neville Chamberlain Award’ for April 2015 and they are Carolyn Huxley and Kat Smith.

People like Ms Huxley wont ever stop pandering to islam until there are real world repercussions for doing so,perhaps we should take a leaf from the Islamic playbook and introduce Ms Huxley to some… (coughs discretely)direct action?
not that I would ever advocate violence but some forceful, confrontational debate when she`s not expecting it perhaps?
I also do not approve of violent direct action and anybody who is a regular reader of this blog will know that. I do agree that people like her need to be introduced to reality by some forceful debate. However, it should be remembered that many of these Islamopanderers like Ms Huxley live in ‘bubbles’ where they only meet or work with other left leaning educationalists or public sector employees, they are unaware or unwilling to accept the existence of the concept of Taqiyya (lying to promote Islam) and they truly believe that they are on the side of the angels even when they are plainly in this case on the side of something a lot more, well, sulpherous.
“In England the law states that people who work with children have to keep them safe. This safeguarding legislation is set out in The Children Act (1989) and (2004). It also features in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (to which the UK is a signatory) and sets out the rights of children to be free from abuse. The Government also provides guidance in their document Working Together to Safeguard Children 2013.”
Were checks carried out on the people the children were to meet carried out.If not, then surely that was irresponsible in view of Rotherham etc.
Rob I agree there. It could be seen (bearing in mind the propensity for Muslims to rape and sexually abuse non-Muslim children) as going counter to safeguarding rules to let children visit a mosque. However, safeguarding rules seem to be disregarded when the left have a hobby horse like multikulti or Islamopandering to promote
Both of these women should be facing disciplinary action, based on their retaliation against the children to whom they owe a duty of care. Perhaps they should both be dismissed, and replaced by grown-ups.
