A double helping of intolerant bearded savagery for you today. It’s a double helping because both these stories are remarkably alike, are from two different continents but they each show just how intolerant Islam is when it comes to matters of faith.

I believe that freedom of religion is an important part of a free society, but that freedom should only be given to the followers of those faiths that respect that freedom. It should be a basic human right that a person can accept, reject or change their religion freely should their study or inclination lead them that way. Such freedom as these two tales show, is not present in Islam or within Islamic culture.

The first story comes from Egypt and comes via an Assyrian Christian group called AINA.

“Marwa Ahmed, 26, has reportedly been killed by her family after converting to Christianity and marrying a man from Fayoum, Egypt.

According to al-Tahrir, Marwa had moved to Alexandria from the town of Tamiyyah with her Coptic Christian partner three years ago. Since then, she had given birth to a boy and girl.

Eshhad, an online platform that aggregates and collates alleged religious persecution and sectarian attacks in Egypt, reports that Marwa was killed nearly two weeks ago by her uncle and cousins when they learned of her short visit back to Tamiyyah.

Marwa had gone to Tamiyyah to visit her husband’s family. Knowing of threats against her life, Marwa was taken by her father to her brother’s home for 10 days in Qalubiya for her protection. However, Marwa’s uncle eventually found her location and kidnapped her. Eshhad reports that the uncle then forced Marwa’s youngest sister to “kill her to ‘punish’ her for her conversion [to Christianity].” Al-Masry Al-Youm, however, reports that it was the uncle that killed Marwa.

Following the murder, Marwa’s father went to the police to inform them of the murder. However, the uncle is reportedly on the run.

Meanwhile, a ‘reconciliation’ settlement between the family of the Christian husband and Marwa’s family has resulted in the deportation of the Christian family to another city in order to avoid any possible sectarian clashes as a result of the murder, reported Al-Masry Al-Youm.

Sectarian tension between Muslims and Christians has been rife in the past decade, with clashes often taking part in rural Egyptian cities.”

The second story comes, shockingly it will seem to many readers, from Germany. Merkel’s mad policy of importing thousands upon thousands of Muslim men has made it more unsafe for German girls and young women to be on the streets. However, not often talked about is how this policy is endangering the lives and safety of those immigrants who really do have something to fear and who have every reason to want to be as far away from Islam as humanly possible. I speak of those who convert from Islam to Christianity.

According to an Iranian Christian news website, Mohabat News, a man was beaten severely in a German refugee camp because it became known that he was Christian and because he shared his faith with others.

Mohabat News said:

“A Muslim man at a refugee camp in Germany beat a 24 year old Iranian Christian convert because he shared his faith with people at the camp.

The young Iranian Christian man was hospitalized, according to a German police report.

The attacker is an Afghan national and is currently under arrest for physical assault.

Hamburger Abendblatt, a German paper, reported the Iranian Christian man’s name as Amir Ali. He is 24 years old and came to know Christ in Germany. Eye-witnesses reported that Mohammad, the attacker, had an argument with Amir Ali about Christianity before starting to beat him up.

This beating has happened while anti-refugee feelings are on the rise in Europe.

Opposition parties in Germany consider this incident a failure for Angela Merkel Administration’s refugee policies. One of the senior officials from the Christian Social Party, a conservative party, expressed serious concerns regarding this incident.

Those opposing Merkel’s refugee policies believe allowing such huge a large number of Muslim refugees into the country could possibly have catastrophic consequences for Germany.

Muslim refugees’ intolerance of other beliefs as well as their disrespect for German laws in response to the German government’s hospitality has worried many German officials as well as the general populace.”

Both these stories show the naked and violent intolerance shown by Muslims towards those who have chosen to belief differently from them. It’s the sort of religious barbarism that much of the free world has long left behind and it should cause us to question whether or not our societies are being at all well served by allowing in so many people from such an intolerant and violent culture and ideology? These cases also show why, if refugee status is going to be available, then it should be targeted at Christians and others who are very much under Islamic oppression. We should not be allowing in large numbers of ‘refugee’ Muslims, who are, in a lot of the world, the oppressor class, and should turn our faces away from them.
