Many Britons are looking on with increasing horror and anger at the extent and effects of Islamic infiltration in and influence over Britain’s police forces. We’ve seen shocking examples of mass rapes carried out by Muslims being pushed under the carpet along with officers going out of their way to avoid arresting Muslim criminals for other offences, including street harassment of women. We in the UK have also had ongoing problems with dishonest Islamic activist groups, such as the ‘Islamophobia’ monitor Tell Mama, that are completely unsuitable to be allowed anywhere near policing activities, being allowed to act as ‘third party hate crime reporting agencies’.
Such bias towards Islam and infiltration by Islamic interests, are problems that are caused at least in part by the politically correct attitudes and ‘diversity’ obsessions of all too many senior offices. This bias is causing many ordinary Britons to lose faith, trust and respect in the police. Police forces which hide Muslim crime, whilst going out of their way to harass and arrest those who are protesting not only about Islam related crime, but against the police response to such crime, are becoming increasingly hated.
The problem of infiltration of the police by Islamic interests is something that individuals and groups along with bloggers (including this one) have been speaking of for some time. The mainstream media on the other hand appears to have ignored many of the problems and have indulged in lazy ‘press release’ journalism. Instead of asking hard questions about police policies many journalists, including those on local newspapers, have simply regurgitated without question whatever bland statements or ‘diversity’ guff that forces put out. However this situation appears to be changing and some mainstream media outlets are starting to produce articles that at least acknowledge that there is an Islamic infiltration problem in our police forces.
The Sunday Times has broken the story of a female Muslim former counter-terrorism officer from the Metropolitan Police who consistently complained about extremist attitudes from fellow Muslim officers to senior police management. These complaints were not acted upon by senior management and the Muslim officers were allowed to get away with things that other officers would be forbidden to do. Muslim officers were allowed to get away with harassing a non-hijabi female Muslim officer for not wearing a hijab, make approving comments about female genital mutilation and subvert the policing of domestic violence cases. The article makes chilling reading for anyone concerned about Islamic infiltration in our police forces. As the Sunday Times is behind a pay wall, this blog shall be quoting from an article on this subject from the Brietbart website. The Brietbart article draws very heavily on the Sunday Times report and references it. As is usual policy for this blog the original text is in italics whereas this blog’s comments are in plain text.
Brietbart said:
A former counter-terrorism police sergeant and practising Muslim has accused the Metropolitan police of ignoring extremist views amongst its Muslim officers for fear of being labelled “Islamophobic”.
Javaria Saeed, who worked in Scotland Yard’s counter-terrorism division, complained to her bosses after she witnessed a fellow Muslim officer in the unit saying that female genital mutilation (FGM) was a “clean and honourable practice” and “shouldn’t be criminalised”, reports The Sunday Times.
The Muslim officer also reportedly said that female Muslim victims of domestic violence should not report the crime to the police, but resolve their cases in a sharia court, except in “serious violent cases”.
However, after raising both comments with her managers, Ms. Saeed said that they failed to take action against the officer because they were afraid of being accused of racism.
She was then advised by her superiors that she should not take her complaints to the professional standards unit because it would “hinder” her own “career progression and tarnish [her] reputation”.”
The conduct of the other Muslim officers alleged by former PS Saeed is of the type that could, if the officer was not Muslim, removed from the force. Female Genital Mutilation is an illegal act and we should not be having officers who approve of or encourage illegal acts. The allegation that Muslim officers have diverted Muslim domestic violence victims towards male-dominated and highly misogynistic Shariah courts is particularly serious. We have in the Met a coterie of officers who act as if they are above the law and what is worse are considered as such by senior officers.
Brietbart added:
Ms. Saeed was subject to extremist abuse whilst serving as a police sergeant, who was told by some fellow Muslims that she was a “bad Muslim” for not wearing a hijab and was told she was “better off at home looking after [her] husband”.
There is canteen banter, which is part and parcel of some workplaces including the police, and there is outright misogyny which should be unacceptable. This woman was the subjects of attempts by other Muslims to coerce her into wearing hijab and also in effect telling her to ‘get back to the kitchen’. For me and probably for many others this crosses the line that divides workplace banter from a sexism and misogyny problem.
The career officer, who speaks four languages and had worked in prison intelligence, said she resigned in March after becoming disheartened by “political correctness”, which she said allowed an “us and them” culture to thrive among some Muslim officers who considered themselves above the law
Although I’m uneasy with Muslims having any influence on policing, it’s difficult to criticise Ms Saeed for her attitudes, she at least recognises that the ideology espoused by the other Muslim officers was wrong and was prepared to try to do something about it.
The 35-year-old said she joined the police following the 2005 London bombings in order to help bridge the division between the authorities and the Muslim community.
Sounds like her heart was in the right place even if she was woefully unaware of the extent of Islamic extremism problems within Britain’s Muslim communities.
“I was warned by family and friends against joining because they thought I’d be racially discriminated against by white officers. But I resigned because of the sickening views and behaviour of some Muslim officers.”
It appears that she’s had a rude awakening to the extent of Islamic infiltration into the Metropolitan Police.
Ms. Saeed told The Sunday Times that the Met applied a different standard when dealing with complaints against Muslim officers from those it applied to non-Muslims.
A clear double standard by senior officers. The double standard by which Muslims are judged is becoming an increasing problem in the UK. Britain has scroates like Anjem Choudhary, who has incited Muslims to join ISIS and whose associates have gone on to commit atrocities, who gets a mere 5 and a half years, yet those who put bacon on a mosque door as a protest against Islam get 12 months. As Choudhary will probably be out in about two and a half years or so, we are now in a situation where a Muslim inciting people to join murderous and genocidal groups is only worth a year or so more in prison than those who protest Islam. Now it seems that this double standard is not just a matter for the courts but is also an internal problem for the Metropolitan Police.
“Racism in the Met is not from white officers in my case, but from Muslim officers who the service refused to properly investigate because they were afraid of being called Islamophobic and racist,” said Ms. Saeed.
This is an appalling dereliction of duty by senior officers. We should be fighting those manifestations of Islam that are incompatible with our open and civilised society. Instead the Met is letting these manifestations of Islamic extremism go unchecked, merely in order that the senior officers have a quiet life free from dubious accusations of ‘Islamophobia’.
Ms Saeed added that if a white officer non-Muslim had conducted themselves as the Muslim officers had done then they ‘would be sacked’.
If Ms Saeed’s description of the behaviour of these officers is correct then is it any wonder that the Metropolitan Police are seemingly unable to deal with some of London’s Islam related problems. Is this why the Met refuse to intervene effectively when electoral fraud offences are committed by Muslims or deal properly with the problem of Islamic Rape Gangs or crack down on intimidation by Muslims of non-Muslims?
Until effective management takes the place of political correctness in our police forces then things will not change. It’s time for senior officers in the Met to treat ‘Islamophobia’ claims as the bullshit that they so often are. Management needs to remove those Muslim individuals who by temperament, ideology and attitude are so obviously unsuitable for police work.
If senior officers of the Met are wondering why a growing number of us despise police forces that were once the envy of much of the world, then they need look no further than stories such as this.
