The members of the permanently offended Left are forever trying to rob British people of their cultural heritage by whining that it is ‘racist’, ‘xenophobic’, ‘Islamophobic’ or whatever meaningless buzzword they can fling at people. There is a good example of such behaviour from the ‘diversity’ campaigners who have attacked the Shrewsbury Morris Dancing group and other similar groups, for their use of ‘black face’ Morris. The Leftists have attacked the morris dancers despite black face morris being absolutely nothing to do with race. The history of black face Morris is everything to do with morris dancers historically being classed as beggars and therefore liable to harsh punishments from the state, hence the need to black up and disguise themselves, and is nothing to do with ‘racism’ whatsoever.
Despite there being long standing historical reasons for black face morris and the fact that this aspect of the morris costume being very well documented, the Left have never let the truth get in the way of their narrative and have managed to stop black face morris at a folk festival.
In this excellent, passionate and I need to warn you, very sweary video, with liberal use of the ‘F’ and ‘C’ words, from the YouTube’er ‘On The Offensive’, the lefists and their twisted ideas are well and truly mocked. The author of the video takes aim at the leftists who find nearly every aspect of British culture ‘offensive’ in some way and draws attention to the false claims of moral superiority that these Leftists hold.
This is a really well set out video on a subject that is increasingly worrying a growing number of British people. If the Leftist diversity loons are coming for the morris dancers today then who will they target tomorrow. The likelihood is that these Leftists will stop at nothing in their quest to smash national and regional cultures and replace them with a monothought culture where ideology rules. That’s not a future that anyone with more than half a brain should wish for and that is why these Leftists and diversity loons need to be countered.
