Regular readers will be aware of the upcoming case in the Crown Courts where Fiyaz Mughal of the disgraced ‘hate crime’ monitor Tell Mama is being assisted by elements in the Crown Prosecution Service in his quest to shut down all criticism of his group and criticism of Islam in general. The case relates to joke job application that Mr Tim Burton of Liberty GB put in for the post of researcher with Tell Mama. Mughal has used this joke job application and the subsequent waspish but polite email conversation as an excuse to bring a very shaky charge of ‘racial and religious harassment’ against Mr Burton. This is a serious matter as a conviction for this particular ‘hate crime’ can result in a prison sentence.
Tell Mama is a notorious hate crime ‘bullshit factory’ (hence the ‘2001’ image skit above) who have been caught out on many an occasion running stories about ‘hate crimes’ that were later proven to be false. Fiyaz Mughal and Tell Mama have been roundly criticised in the past by journalists and bloggers for inflating the number and type of ‘islamophobic’ crimes and even classifying online criticisms of Islam as being of similar level of seriousness as physical attacks
I’ve just received an update from those helping Mr Burton fight the mendacious grievance mongering taqiyya artist Fiyaz Mughal and I have pasted it below.
Mr Burton’s representatives and supporters said:
Further to our last update of 05 November, concerning the Liberty GB representative Tim Burton and his upcoming trial at Southwark Crown Court, we can now bring you the news that Tim has secured the services of a barrister from the prestigious Kings Bench Walk Chambers in London.
As we have said before, the prosecution – that is to say, the Crown Prosecution Service and the Metropolitan Police on behalf of Fiyaz Mughal, the Mendacious Grievance-Mongering Taqiyya-Artist-In-Chief at Tell Mama UK, an organisation whose primary goal is to fudge and manipulate data in order to secure large amounts of taxpayers’ money – are determined to see the “racist, bigoted, far-right Islamophobe” Tim Burton behind bars for having the temerity to offend an influential Muslim, and the services of a top-class barrister will be essential.
One of the reasons for this is that we hope to bring about a prosecution of Fiyaz Mughal for malicious prosecution and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. This action is predicated on Tim winning his case in the Crown Court on 30 / 31 January 2017, so I am sure that you will appreciate we need the best legal representation that we can afford.
We still have to address a number of issues – on the two days of the trial, there will be a discussion of the nature of Taqiyya and its use by Muslims to deceive the Infidels when the goal is to advance the cause of Islam or to prevent the denigration of Islam in the eyes of non-Muslims. To that end, we require a suitably qualified non-Muslim (or ex-Muslim) as an expert witness willing to explain the concept of Taqiyya to the Court.
We do have a couple of potential high-profile witnesses, but no firm commitment as yet for the dates of the trial on 30 / 31 January 2017.
