Another fake ‘Islamophobia’ incident this time from Orange County, Florida

It appears to be becoming ‘standard operating procedure’ for Muslims when they find themselves in some sort of trouble to try to divert attention away from their own wrong doing with a bit of dishonest claims of vicitimisation for being Muslim. These fake claims of ‘Islamophobia’ can range from swastikas painted on mosque walls by Muslims themselves in order to gain sympathy through to fake allegations of street assault that, as in a case in Birmingham UK, were busted as soon as the CCTV footage was examined.

In this latest case of fake diversionary Islamophobia claims a Muslim police officer from Orange County, Florida stated that he was called a ‘terrorist’ by non Muslim police staff. However it turns out that this was nothing of the sort and the allegations only surfaced after the officer in question Waleed Albakri, was arrested for alleged insurance fraud. Far from being the butt of anti Muslim jokes dished out by non Muslim police officers it seems that Albakri initiated jokes about Arabs and he didn’t complain about any jokes made by others until two years later. This case has the stink of taqiyya all over it it really does.

This case looks like so many others where Muslims have brought fake ‘Islamophobia’ cases. In some of these cases the victims of these fake complaints have lost jobs or been subjected to harassment or have even lost their liberty. However this case has some good news. A Federal court sitting in Florida has decided that Albakri’s claims of ‘Islamophobia’ were worthless and that he had not been abused on the grounds of his religion. Albakri the court decided was a dishonest taqiyya artist.

Here’s an article from the Orlando Sentinel detailing this latest fake ‘Islamophobia’ case. As is usual policy for this blog the original text from the Sentinel is in italics whereas this blog’s comments are in plain text.

A group of Orange County deputies did not harass a fellow deputy because he is Muslim, a federal jury decided Monday.

Good news! Another Islamophobia faker bites the dust.

Waleed Albakri had sued the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, where he worked from 2008 to 2014, alleging that co-workers called him a “terrorist,” among other derogatory terms, and started a criminal investigation against him because of his religion.

At the very worst this seems like banter and no more than that even if there was any truth in Albakri’s claims, of which there has turned out to be none whatsoever.

The sheriff is pleased with the outcome,” the county’s attorney, Mark Levitt, said Monday evening. “The jury quickly recognized that Mr. Albakri’s claim was totally without merit.”

‘Without merit’ as are so many of these fake ‘Islamophobia’ claims.

He was fired from the Sheriff’s Office in 2014 after being arrested on insurance-fraud charges, which prosecutors later dropped.

These insurance fraud charges were not dropped due to lack of evidence but dropped because there was an ‘alternative to prosecution’ scheme in force. This scheme seems similar to the ‘official caution’ system that exists in the UK.

The jury on Monday sided with the Sheriff’s Office after about an hour and a half of deliberations, finding no harassment because of race, religion or national origin.

A sensible decision. Obviously the jury saw that this former officer was a mendacious grievance monger and returned the appropriate result.

Levitt argued Albakri was the one making jokes and said he didn’t complain about feeling uncomfortable until two years later.

Who’s the one making light of being Arab?” he asked the jury during his closing argument. “You shouldn’t dish it out if you can’t take it.”

But Albakri’s attorney said his client was just making the jokes to fit in. One time, he said, a co-worker checked him “for bombs” when he came to work.

As this story goes on the complainant, Albakri, appears to be in possession of ‘more front than Blackpool’. He has been the instigator of jokes, probably the sort of icebreaker and social lubrication jokes that people often make when they are the only gay/Jew/Muslim/Hindu or Christian in the village. If Albakri thinks that sort of jokes that he both dished out and accepted was bad then maybe he should try being the only male in some all female work environments and I tell you the jokes in these environments are neither clean or lacking in cruelty.

He didn’t welcome it,” attorney Peter Helwig said. “It made him feel very uncomfortable.”

I smell bullshit and it seemed the jury did too.

Albakri filed an internal complaint with the Office of Professional Standards in August 2014, saying the Sheriff’s Office was a hostile workplace. He was working undercover in a drug and prostitution unit.

This sounds very much like he didn’t like where he was working and instead of putting in for a transfer or searching round for another job he decided to play the fake ‘Islamophobia’ card.

Two months later, deputies arrested him and accused him of staging a burglary the previous year to collect renter’s insurance, records show. Prosecutors eventually dropped the charges when Albakri went into a pretrial diversion program.

Although Albakri tried to claim he was set up for this arrest, the fact that he was put on a pre-trial diversion programme that may well have involved some admission of involvement in the insurance fraud, makes it highly unlikely that Albakri’s claim that he was arrested because of his complaint has any substance whatsoever. This looks like common or garden taqiyya on the part of Albakri where he uses legislation designed to punish genuine acts of racialism or negative discrimination in order to try to gain an advantage over his former employers.

I think the sheriffs deputies who were targetted by this bit of fake Islamophobia nonsense should breathe a sigh of relief that the jury made the correct decision. If the jury had been a little less sceptical about Albakri’s false claims then we could have been seeing good police officers losing their jobs and Albakri’s pockets being stuffed with gold from compensation payments.

It’s good that Albakri has been exposed as a liar but it should never be forgotten that there are many other Islamic liars out there, using and misusing legislation that was brought in for what seemed at the time sound reasons of equity. Albakri is just one of thousands of fake Islamophobia campaigners and claimants that are attacking our societies one fake ‘Islamophobia’ claim and fake ‘hate crime’ claim at a time.

I do hope that Albakri finds that his ill judged attempt to lie to promote both Islam and his own interests is eventually punished either by the courts taking a look at any perjury he may have engaged in or by future employers seeing him for what he really is, which is a bad news Muslim troublemaker. This is yet another fake Islamophobia claim that has been busted, it’s not the first one to be exposed and sadly it will not be the last. Maybe if Muslims are worried that Islam is so disliked, they should ask themselves why and also if the vast number of killings and rapes and maimings that are done in the name of the Islamic deity Allah has anything to do with why Islam is so increasingly hated? Something tells me that Albakri and those like him will not take this sensible step and he will continue to see anti Muslim hatred where there plainly is none.
