Another case of ‘good riddance to bad rubbish’.

Al Nusra Front fighters who are about as far from 'moderate' as you could get.

Although the vast majority of suicides leave me feeling some sympathy for the person whose mental pain was so severe that they killed themselves, there are some suicides that leave me utterly cold. For example, I can’t help feeling that the case of the Syrian migrant who hung himself whilst on remand in Germany on charges of fighting for a terrorist group is a case of ‘good riddance to bad rubbish’ and causes me to think ‘well that’s one less violent savage to trouble this unhappy world’.

The Syrian migrant was being held by the German authorities on suspicion of fighting for terrorist groups in his native land. According to an Associated Press report which was quoted by Breitbart, the man was found hanged in his cell.

Breitbart said:

German officials say a Syrian man being held on suspicion of fighting for an extremist group in his homeland has hanged himself in a Hamburg jail cell.

Hamburg’s state justice ministry said the body of the 40-year-old, identified only as Abdullah K. in line with German privacy rules, was found in his cell during a routine check on Wednesday morning. It said an autopsy is being conducted.

Prison authorities had previously detected no signs of “suicidal behavior” and said the suspect had appeared “stable” during a conversation with psychologists last week.

The man was arrested in June along with three brothers. They were accused of membership in a terrorist organization for fighting for the Nusra Front in the northern Syrian city of Ras al-Ayn starting in late 2012.

This is one less violent savage that the Germans will neither have to put up with or have to pay to support. I suppose that we should be somewhat grateful that he died by his own hand in a private manner, rather than doing what so many others of Europe’s Islamic ‘guests’ have done, which is self exploding in a market place or a bus station or a shopping centre or even an airport and taking many other innocent lives with them.

If this man was indeed fighting for the Nusra Front then he was definitely an extremist who joined forces with a terrorist organisation. Although I try to believe that all life is precious, I find it difficult to feel much sorrow at his passing apart from being sad at how he wasted his life fighting with and supporting a bunch of medieval Islamic savages. There is an old British/Irish proverb that states that ‘God pays debts without money’ which means that a persons evil deeds will trip them up in the end. It certainly seems that Abdullah K has certainly paid the ultimate price for his association with the terrorists of the Nusra Front. Goodbye and good riddance to Abdullah K.
