Over the centuries there have been periods where there was relatively large scale migration within the continent of Europe. The Germans, the British, the Flemings, religious groups such as the Jews and a number of others, have all at one time or another, moved countries either to further business or academic interests or in order to find a place of safety at times of religious or political oppression. In the main this migration has brought benefits to both the host nations and to the individuals and families who have migrated.
Here are but two examples of this host nation benefit: Britain owes the success of its massive world beating and efficient grocery sector, that gets fresh food to all corners of the nation, in part to the likes of Jack Cohen the founder of the Tesco chain which revolutionised grocery retail and logistics and who was the son of a Polish immigrant to the UK. Also at one time Britain was also one of the leading nations in the world for her chemical industry, an industry that migrants to Britain helped to set up. Some of the knowledge and technology that built Britain’s chemical engineering sector was brought to Britain by foreigners who moved here. In fact the son of the first CEO of the former chemical conglomerate Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) was the offspring of a German migrant to the UK. It is quite easy to discern that migration within Europe, although it may have caused some short term difficulties as people were settling in, often ended up as being really useful in terms of the fiscal and intellectual capital that some of these migrants brought with them.
Although I am perfectly willing and able to accept that intra-European migration has brought great benefits to the host nations, I cannot see any discernible benefit to European nations coming from mass third world migration. In fact I would go so far as to say that for many indigenous Britons, especially those living in poor areas, mass third world migration has been an utter disaster. When I travel to the parts of East London that I frequented when I was growing up, I don’t find the mix of people that I used to find. I certainly don’t find any more the families who have lived in East London for generations nor the scions of decent hard working migrants both black and white, Christian, Jewish and sometimes Sikh or Hindu, rubbing along together trying to make the best of a new life in a new nation.
What I do find is an increasingly hostile and violent third world shithole populated by large numbers of Muslims, sub Saharan Africans and others from backward areas of the world who have no intention of abiding by our ways of life, but, even worse, who also want to force their own retarded lifestyles and ideologies on the rest of us. These migrants from the third world and especially the Islamic world have also brought levels of violence that I didn’t see or experience when I was growing up. Stabbings were a relative rarity back then even in the late 1970’s and gun crime was confined to those villains who specialised in ‘over the pavement’ jobs i.e. armed robberies on banks etc by those wielding sawn off shotguns. ‘Political and religious violence’ was confined to the odd one or two anarchist nutcases and the Irish Republicans, now in the UK we seem to be having examples of religious and political violence happening roughly once a month or so.
Yes, there was crime but it wasn’t the sorts of bestial crime that has been regularly visited on us by those dangerous and incompatible migrants who have been brought to the UK in the name of ‘diversity’. The idea of someone chucking acid over people in the street for example would have been, even for the criminals that I did encounter years ago, something beyond the pale. I could and did walk on occasion from Manor Park to North Woolwich and from Aldgate to Canning Town after a night out and not much would happen to me. I would not do such a journey on foot today and the main reason for that is the violent cultures that have been imported to the UK by the naïve, the stupid and the malevolent in our political classes.
As with London so with other European cities that have been afflicted by the migration of individuals from cultures that are not compatible with their own. This video by The Iconoclast, a commentator that this blog has featured before, shows that Paris isn’t really Paris any more due to the problems caused by excessive levels and inappropriate types of immigration. The Iconoclast in this video describes a trip to Paris that should for him have been a relaxing holiday but ended up being a frightening disappointment. The author of the Iconoclast piece spoke of his cheap trip to Paris in January 2015 which saw him being housed in an area where there were hardly any French people whatsoever and where most of the local population were Muslims and sub-Saharan Africans. He didn’t even hear French spoken in the street by these locals. The author tried to make the best of a bad job of a holiday and went into the centre of Paris only to find himself surrounded by armed troops and police who were dealing with the aftermath of the Charlie Hebdo massacre by Muslim murderers. The Iconoclast author then ended up getting mugged for 20 Euro by a gang of Africans (possibly illegal migrants) who were running a ‘friendship bracelet scam’ near the Moulin Rouge night spot.
This video shows that the import of third world migrants in such large numbers has damaged Paris. It has taken away it’s previous French character and replaced it with something that would not look out of place in Accra or Benghazi or even Bradford. What I saw on the Iconclast’s video doesn’t exactly make me want to spend my cash on a holiday in the French captial.
However, it needs to be said at this point that the issue at the heart of the problems of Paris and other European cities is not down to any issue of race, as any individual of any race can be either civilised and honest or uncivilised and dishonest, but is down to the headspace of the migrants. Many of the migrants that have afflicted Europe come from cultures that don’t share our values or our Judeao-Christian culture and this clash of values has helped to create areas, such as can be found in East London and in the Paris of the Iconoclast’s experience. I don’t think that the sort of problems that the Iconoclast experienced in Paris would have been in existence if the majority of France’s migrants had come from Vietnam, or the more economically advanced parts of South America or if they had been Buddhists. France’s problems are, like the problems facing many Western European nations, stem mostly from their import of people from the Islamic world and the less civilised parts of Africa, including Islamic Africa.
Migration has as I said earlier in the past benefited both the host nation and the individuals who have migrated, migration is a two way street, the host nation takes the migrant and the migrant contributes positively to the host nation. Some third world migration would have been acceptable and relatively easy to deal with, if the numbers were very much smaller than the current influx, as there is more resources and willingness on the part of the host population to assist the new migrant to fit in with an advanced society.
But, this current round of unrelenting third world migration, especially the migration of those from backward Islamic nations, appears to be bringing little apart from crime, disturbance, welfare sponging, violence, economic problems and insecurity. At present, the numbers of third world migrants is too large to socially pressure the migrants into integration and we end up with ghettos and migrants who openly despise us and our way of life and in some cases treat the rest of us as prey. Migration can be a great boon to a society but excessive numbers of people from incompatible cultures can only bring problems.
I find this video from the Iconoclast very disturbing about what it says about how much Paris has changed and from what I can see, it doesn’t seem to have changed the city for the better.
Here’s the video by the Iconoclast that shows us why Paris is no longer a city that I would wish to visit. After all, if I want to risk an acid attack or being stabbed or being run over by a ‘truck of peace’ attacker then I can experience all that much more cheaper than the airfare to Paris by merely getting on a coach to London. Unregulated and uncontrolled third world migration to Europe is causing immense civilisational damage not just to France, but to many other nations on the continent as well. How this damage can be repaired I do not know but something must be done in order to preserve the European cultures that took millenia to develop and which did great things such as banning slavery, developing industries, but which seem to have sadly lost their mojo or even their desire to survive. The Iconoclast is correct, Paris should never ever have been allowed to get in such as state but it is a dire state that is afflicting many European nations not just that of France.
