It’s day eleven in what I’ve come to call ‘The Big Savage House’, or as it is more commonly called the Muslim world during Ramadan.

Unlike other religions that mostly do not have a death toll due to violence associated with their major festivals, Islam seems to up the body count at this time of year. What’s worse is Ramadama-bomb-bomb can come at any part of the civil calendar due to the screwed up nature of the wholly lunar Islamic calendar. It could be summer or winter or spring or autumn when Ramadan comes and with it the increased level of bloodshed.

As I said earlier, we are 11 days into the 28 day Islamic festival of ‘skipping lunch and then killing a few people’ and already the body count from Islam related violence is 217. Yes, 217 people have lost their lives due to violence by Muslims. According to the Religion of Peace website, these 217 people died as a result of 53 separate attacks. The site also states that only one Muslim has been killed during this Ramadan period due to the actions of a non Muslim, in this case it was a Hindu who killed a Muslim over the issue of Cow slaughter, something that goes against the grain with Hindus.

If anyone wants any confirmation that Islam is NOT a religion of peace, they need only look at the blood-soaked record that this foul ideology clocks up during what is supposed to be Islam’s ‘holiest’ time.
