Although I try not to classify ‘all’ Muslims as dodgy, that would after all be plainly false and untrue, I cannot deny that there does seem to be a propensity among Muslims for piss taking when it comes to UK laws and customs. A possible example of this comes from Herefordshire where an ‘Indian’ restaurant has had its premises licence removed because of various irregularities. There were irregularities with their late night food premises licence application and also illegal migrants were found to be working there when the place was raided by Border Force and Police.
The Hereford Times said:
TWO Hereford takeaways have been stripped of their licences following investigations by Herefordshire Council.
The council’s licensing sub-committee agreed to revoke the premise licences of Sweet Chilli restaurant on Bridge Street and Spice Minister on Widemarsh Street.
The licence review into 9+9 Cantonese Takeway (known as Spice Minister) was carried out after two Bangladeshi men who worked there were detained by immigration enforcers on April 7.
After officers entered the premises and made their way to the kitchen, the two men were seen running out of the rear but were caught after a short chase.
One of them was arrested as he had no right to be in the country and had previously been detained. The second man is subject to an ongoing asylum claim.
Oh Brilliant!! Another Muslim asylum seeker. Just the sort of arse we really DON’T need any more of.
The Hereford Times added:
The review into Spice Chilli was launched after the restaurant changed hands and the licence wasn’t transferred.
West Mercia police visited the premises after they were made aware the restaurant no longer had a supervisor.
As a result, officers gave the necessary paperwork to make a transfer to a man at the restaurant known as Mr Ahmed.
The Hereford Times then goes on to say that the police visited the Spice Chilli restaurant at a later date to find that the restaurant was open and serving alcohol. The police and the local authority seem to have given the business very chance to fill out the premises licence forms correctly but failed to do so, even giving an address that was outside the Herefordshire county council area.
The newspaper states that the council gave the restaurant four different chances to correctly fill out and submit the licence form but failed to do so. The response of the restaurant to being served with not one but two closure notices for the premises, was to stick two fingers up at British law and carry on trading and apparently serving alcohol. I find it very difficult to disagree with the sentiments of one of the below the line commentators on this story ‘Herefordboy’ who said: “These people dont give a toss about the law of the land. They will be back open within the month with a different cousin in charge”. Spot on there Herfordboy, sadly you are probably correct.
What links both the stories of the dodgy food shops of Hereford is Muslims taking the piss out of British laws and customs. Neither of these cases look like businesses that have made a mistake, they look more like Muslim businesses that are royally taking the piss. Full marks on this occasion for saying enough is enough and closing these businesses but I do believe that these Muslims will pop up again in the city with new businesses under other names and who may continue to play fast and loose with the law.
Addendum:
I have copied and pasted all the comments up until the time of writing that were on the Hereford Times article. They provide what looks to me like some much needed background local comment to this story. They are archived here just in case the HT removes them.

Our society seems so out of kilter. Of course these men must be detained & deported & the restaurant owners fined. But I wish we had policies in place to force the hundreds of thousands of indigenous layabouts into work when there are job choices for them. It is a massive scandal when parasites like these are legally allowed to refuse to work & claim benefits in the process, & generous benefits at that!

Im sure by the way you type that your old and havent been through the job centre lately..
They are the most unhelpful nasty people who happily suspend anyone who puts a tick in the wrong box or doesnt do exactly as they want…
The people you want back to work are the people who claim to have mental issues or the drink and drug layabouts..(They even get a bonus for being drink or drug dependant)…
I know a few families who claim to have mental health issues and have never done a single days work in their lives…One family happily drive round in a range rover and have a council flat up newton farm and both husband and wife have not done a single days paid work (legally) in their whole lives..

Sache Indian lounge opened for about 2 weeks and is now permanently closed. There was a licensing notice on the door saying license revoked due to criminal activity. I walk past every evening and it is never open even as a bring your own drink.

The builders and shop fitters are in Sache ripping it apart now so its next reincarnation is imminent, Probably a new name but still owned by the same crooks as before with another family members name on the licence application.

Its a shame that Sweet Chilli/Sache has closed and lost its licence. Criminality was purely breaching their licence by not having a designated premises supervisor in place. Something very simple to sort as many other licenced premises achieve it every day of the week.
Spice Minister has not paid their licence fees since 2014 and have been caught twice in less than 12 months employing illegal workers. Quite rightly they have lost their licence to sell alchol and operate after 11pm.
Next up – the Ruby in Union Street and Munchies in Commercial Road – both for employing illegal immigrants. This is modern day slavery and is taking advantage of desperate people

I never understand the snowflakes version of desperate people..
These so called desperate people pay thousands to come over here..
There soul purpose is to earn in anyway possible the money to pay back those thousands and send more money home for the family..
So its not desperation its purely for financial gain..
And in my own personal view any premises caught using illegal workers or housing illegal workers should be shut down and fines massively…Make the fine worse than the possible gains..

High horse Mr Bloke? Oh you already have one I see..
I personally think that I shouldn’t pay tax at all. I earned all of my money and I don’t see why I should have to pay any of it for people who :
can’t afford health insurance so have to use the NHS
Can’t afford private security measures.
Can’t afford staff to clean their house and look after their children
can’t afford private education
How many of those categories do you fit into Mr Bloke.
why shouldn’t I be calling you a scrounger.
I pay for all of those things.

Why do i need health insurance when i pay through taxes for the NHS..
and why would i need private security when council tax pays for the police.(who wont come out most of the time)..
As for staff to clean the house..i have a hoover and various other cleaning items so find its easy enough to clean myself..
As for private education…Im common..i need comprehensive schools not plum in the gob style schools..
So call me what ever you wish..
I didnt pay thousands to come here…
I just pay thousands to live here and to keep others who wish to cheat the system..
So try again mizza..
You failed big time..

In the west Mr Bloke it’s simply a matter of scale.
I pay tax too yet I don’t really use any of the services for which I pay tax to provide.
Why should I pay tax to subsidise your NHS?
Doesn’t that make you a scrounger poncing off me?
Legality does not equal morality.
These people are not rich and they do reap huge financial rewards. You should get off your high horse old boy.
I don’t resent paying taxes to provide services for poor people like these migrant workers from genuinely poor countries, but I do resent paying taxes to prop up services for you.

Your replies get worse..
.Seriously do you engage brain before typing..
Think about what your taxes pay for and then work out everytime you go out your door how many services paid for by our taxes you use..
As for paying for my usage of the NHS..im not getting my moneys worth..My taxes should easily cover it for now..

We never see the reports of the threatened £20k fine per illegal worker being issued. It’s all just a merry go round of illegal activity. NOT all places. But the usual suspects crop up on a regular basis. In the age of the internet these men who twilight work at places like Spice Minster will know they will be trying to live under the radar under really grim conditions but they choose that route anyway.

I may be wrong and someone please correct me if so, but I thought Spice Minister was a takeaway and not a sit down restaurant so how do they have a licence to sell alcohol in the first place. If I am right they must have had their licence to operate a takeaway removed, not their licence to sell alcohol.

I was thinking the same thing . I been in spice minister before, if my memory right they serve soft drinks and have a little coffee machine don’t think I ever seen alcohol on display. Maybe this article got spice minister and sweet chilli mixed up. One thing I know is sweet chilli closed for good.

Thank you Leon I thought I was correct. My next question is why are Spice Minister closed and licence revoked for being caught with “after two Bangladeshi men who worked there were detained by immigration enforcers on April 7.” when many other restaurants and takeaways in Hereford have been caught several times with illegal workers onsite and are still operating? Surely once caught they should all be subject to the statuary fine and all have their licence to operate revoked. Of course if this did happen and justice was dispensed correctly there would not be a single Indian/Chinese restaurant or takaway left in Hereford.

Like many have stated with the legal loophole many companies use if they come across any problems they just change the owner and company name. If these takeaway are a big family business they can switch to each member until they run out of names than its game over. Like the saying goes a cat have 9 lives so does these companies lol.

Its not an alcohol licence thats been revoked, but a late night refreshment licence – to sell hot food and drink between 11pm and 5am. Both are Premises Licences, but authorise different things.

Licence for Spice was forclaye night refreshment – that is selling hot food after 11pm

Ruby Chinese restaurant was first opened by the Chung family, trying to steal our customers..
They found out fast they couldnt. And sold it to some poor souls who also struggled.
After my fathers death, I closed the Ip sisters, as I couldnt do the hard preparation as my father had done, all by himself.
Fast forward..
I was later told that Ruby Chinese restaurant had changed hands several times..
Even when it was owned by the Chung family, they had already hired illegals, as they get paid peanuts but was able to live above their shop for free..
If the immigration officers were to check above the shop, they may find more illegals!!
Just heads up..

They can sell food up to 11PM without a licence. What would people suggest is an appropriate punishment if Spice Minster was caught supplying a Chicken Jalfrezi at 11.30PM without a licence? Jail? Flogging? £20k fine? ~ I’ve never
been a fan of this Licensing Act! If I was Spice Minster I’d consider serving food late regardless. I don’t think there is any appetite from the Public for our money to be channeled into pursuing prosecutions for late/illegal takeaway deliveries. Whether the Chef is an illegal is obviously another matter.
