A Muslim businessman who engaged in an anti-Semitic rant on an aircraft blamed his behaviour on smoking weed. Shamraize Bashir, 34, who is described in press reports as businessman from Bradford, stood at the back of the Easyjet flight from Tel Aviv to Manchester shouting insults at female Jewish passengers.
Bashir shouted at the Jewish women that they were fat baby making machines and refused to obey cabin crew who asked him to sit down and shut up. When he was eventually sat down by the crew Bashir continued his rant and like any other disruptive passenger would be he was arrested when the plane landed at Manchester.
Bashir was brought before the courts in the UK and after admitting racially aggravated threatening behaviour was sentenced to 100 hours community service. In his mitigation by counsel, Bashir blamed his outburst on the fact that he had smoked some weed prior to the flight and this affected him badly as it was Ramadan and he was fasting.
Personally I don’t believe Bashir one bit. I’ve known loads of stoners over the years and I don’t think I can ever recall one who has gone off on one like this after getting wrecked. Getting stoned and raiding the fridge for munchies, yes, talking complete bollocks, yes and listening to stoner oriented music of course, but going on a rant like this? No I can’t say that I can recall such an instance. It is likely that the root cause of Bashir’s Jew-hate rant is less to do with the weed and more to do with the wanky Islamic ideology that he has probably been steeped in since birth.
This Bearded Savage has got of very lightly from the courts. If this was a non Muslim having a similar dig at a plane load of Muslims then I have few doubts that the offender would be looking at gaol time. He’s also damn lucky that he didn’t scream out the Islamic war cry Allah hu Akbar as part of his rant, as if he did he may have found that the other passengers may have beaten him to a pulp prior to landing, mistaking him for a terrorist.
Causing a disturbance on a plane, for whatever reason, whether a person is drunk on either alcohol or Islamic religious savagery or high on weed, is a serious issue. Such behaviour can cause flights to be delayed or diverted and even in some circumstances endanger the safety of both passengers and flight and cabin crew. This bearded savage has walked away from court with a bare minimum of punishment for kicking off on a plane. I’m surprised that he wasn’t prosecuted under the Air Navigation Orders for being intoxicated on a plane and being disruptive. These types of offences can and do result in imprisonment and others, such as this non Muslim guy, have indeed been imprisoned.
This is an odd case. It is odd because he kicked off after visiting Tel Aviv in Israel and claims to have good relations with Jews, although that could of course just be taqiyya, it’s odd also because he was charged under one of the bullshit race hate laws and not for causing a disturbance on an aircraft, which may have been a more appropriate thing to charge him with. It is very strange and probably indicative of the Muslim double standard that has afflicted our courts, that he was dealt with by the courts so amazingly leniently. Finally, I do hope that the Israeli government note down this guy’s name and his connection to this case and make it a whole lot more difficult than it has been in the past for him to visit Israel.
