One of the ‘gifts’ that the influx of Islam into Europe has given us is how we now have live under the very real threat of Islamic violence occurring on public transport, in the street, in an airport and at the various Christmas markets that are common throughout the continent. In an effort to counter the danger that one of more Muslims will suddenly go ‘full Islam’ and drive a vehicle into a crowd of Christmas shoppers, many towns and cities in European nations have erected security barriers. These concrete and steel barriers, the sort of thing that would not be out of place guarding a military installation or some other sensitive government building, have been erected around many of the areas of our cities where people may gather over the Christmas period.
These barriers are in place for no other reason than Islam and the propensity of many of its followers to engage in violence against non-Muslims. Not that our government’s are telling us that explicitly of course, but we all know that these barriers are not there to protect against attacks by maniacal Methodists, angry Anglicans or hopping mad Hebrews. The barriers, that have been called ‘diversity barriers’ by some as they are there to protect us from the violently Islamic bits of ‘diversity’ out there, are there purely to protect against the followers of the woefully misnamed ‘religion of peace’.
As the threat from violent Muslims increases in Europe so have to be the precautions taken against this savagery. No longer are there a few concrete blocks surrounding things like Christmas Markets, in the German capital Berlin, but instead are wire walls and sandbags. The precautions that the Berlin authorities have had to take to stop random followers of the ‘religion of peace’ from killing equally random Germans, has turned the market into something that looks like a WWII POW camp.
The publication ‘The Local’ is covering the story of the increased security at the Berlin Christmas Market and has said that the new security measures consist of what are called Terrablocks which are big wire baskets and along with bags of sand and concrete blocks. As you can see from the picture below taken from The Local, this is a serious level of protection.
The sheer scale of the precautions needed should give us some idea of threat that Germany and other nations face from this violent ideology called Islam. The ‘diversity barriers’ are bigger and more impressive and forbidding this year and that is solely because the threat from Islam is increasing and will continue to increase until politicians get a grip on the problem. We cannot deny now that we face a problem with an ideology that wants us dead when Germans have to celebrate Christmas behind bars in order to protect them from the savagery of a seventh century death cult.
Building the barriers higher and stronger around Christmas markets is not solving the problem of Islamic violence and Islamic hatred, it is merely dealing with a symptom of it. Unless we address the core issue which is that Islam is a violent ideology that promotes and inculcates violence in a significant minority of its followers, we will not be able to counter it effectively or justly. There is a limit to how high and how strong barriers like this can be built before nations have to admit that they have to deal with the spiritual disease of Islam, rather than just its symptoms.
