On the 28th November of this year this blog published an article about the harassment that Rob Warner, publisher of the Crimebodge website has been put under by Derbyshire Police. The previous article told of how Mr Warner was brought before magistrates on a Public Order Act charge related to offensive behaviour because he answered a police officer’s question with the words ‘no shit’. This case was primarily brought by an officer who I shall call ‘PC Snowflake’ for his fear of hurty words and you can see his picture above.
Mr Warner refused the requests of the police to attend a voluntary interview at the police station and as a result of this he was arrested and thrown in a police cell. The case came up before a District Judge in a Magistrates Court where Mr Warner indicated that he would plead Not Guilty to these charges.
Fast forward to quite recently and Mr Warner’s case came up for trial at Derby Magistrates Court and he was found Not Guilty of the bullshit charges brought by Derby Police by a panel of three Justices of the Peace. It’s well worth watching Mr Warner’s video describing his experience of his court appearance and to listen to his scathing excoriation of the abilities of defence solicitors along with his view of the whole progress of yet another police case that is so plainly an abuse of process by the police.
Well done Mr Warner, there are probably a whole host of dishonest and malevolent police officers fuming over this result.

I hope he now Sue’s the bollocks off of PC Snowflake AND the police chief who allowed this outrage. Malicious prosecution, false imprisonment, common assault, criminal damage for staters. Should be a punitive amount to discourage future wankritude and a lesson for the Common Purpose Plods that they aren’t the fucking STASI. Meanwhile they wonder why public support is innovative figures.
