First of all let me wish all Fahrenheit211’s readers a very Happy New Year. I did hope that 2019 would have less examples of violent Islamic savagery in it than 2018 has, but such hopes are naive when set against the influence on some Muslims of the violent and hate-filled theology of Islam.

We have ended 2018 and started 2019 with an example of ISIS inspired Islamic savagery in Manchester. On New Years Eve a Muslim man, said by some reports to be of Somali origin, armed with several big knives, went berserk in Manchester Victoria railway station. Whilst shouting ‘Allah hu Akbar’ this Muslim savage stabbed several people but thankfully none sustaining any life threatening injuries. All victims have now been discharged from hospital.

The Islamic savage behind this incident has been detained by the police under the mental health act and the attack is being treated as terrorism related. I suspect that what we may have here is a mentally unbalanced Muslim inspired to commit this act by others.

I believe that this savage could have been motivated not just by the violent content of Islam’s theology, but also by being groomed to carry out this attack by others either those outside the UK or more locally. I do hope the police are making a thorough examination of this man’s family and contacts and especially the local mosque that this man and his family were said in press reports to have attended. If this savage has been groomed to terror locally then it’s vital that the terror groomers are found and neutralised. If such individuals do exist in the local area or are present in the terror suspect’s family’s mosque, then they may be radicalising others, especially other mentally unbalanced Muslims.

This case raises the appalling possibility that Manchester may be home to other Muslims, similar to this one detained for the Manchester Victoria stabbing attack, who may be primed to go off at some time in the future. Who knows what will set them off? Could it be a direct instruction from ISIS or some local Islamic agitator in Manchester or some news report of an event that the unstable radicalised individual sees as ‘an attack on Muslims’ for which violent ‘retaliation’ is required? There could be dozens of deluded, violent and hair-trigger Muslims in the Manchester area primed and ready to go and this is a potential problem that Greater Manchester Police need to get to grips with as a great priority.

If there are groups of radicalised, unstable Muslims resident in Manchester and the surrounding areas and they ‘go off’, then the Manchester Victoria attack will not be a one off. These sort of attacks are very cheap and easy to organise, all it takes is one brainwashed mentally disturbed Muslim, a couple of kitchen knives and an area with lots of non Muslims in it to be a target. This sort of attack may also pose less risk of capture for those organising them . This is because the mentally disturbed ‘divvys’ they send out to do the attacks may either kill themselves after killing their targets or if captured be so ‘out of it’ mentally that they cannot or will not name or otherwise identify their handlers.

I hope I’m wrong but I have the nasty feeling that this incident could be the start of a much more intensive ‘stabbing jihad’ phenomenon than Britain may have seen in the past. Because of that we should all be much more situationally aware when out and about and use our votes whenever possible to elect politicians who will be honest about this and the other security threats Islam poses to us all.
