The UK Labour Party used to be the party that represented, and was originally set up to represent in Parliament, the British working man and woman. It was once a party that elevated fairness and justice for those Britons who had often had been treated without fairness and without justice. It was the party that in the 20^th century, built decent houses and hospitals and other facilities that made the life of the British working class much better than it had been in previous eras.

Now, all these achievements of the Labour Party and its once illustrious history are gone and almost forgotten. The Labour Party of today has turned into an entity that is little more than an Islam Party in all but name. When you say the word ‘Labour’ to people who are informed about politics now, they will not name the great achievements of the party, but instead shake their heads and sometimes with a tear in their eye speak of a party that has been all but lost to Islamic interests.

A good example of how far the Labour Party has descended into being a mere vehicle for Islamic interests has come to light in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. According to the Guido Fawkes blog, Labour have shown their Islamopandering credentials by picking a man with apparent links to and sympathy for extremist versions of Islam, to represent the party in a council by-election in the borough.

Guido Fawkes said:

Labour have selected a candidate for a by-election in Tower Hamlets who is a fan of an Islamic hate preacher banned from the UK for praising Osama bin Laden. Asik Rahman is Labour’s official candidate for the Shadwell Ward by-election taking place on 7th February. His liked pages on Facebook include two pages for Dr Zakir Naik, a hate preacher who was barred from the UK in 2010 for saying “all Muslims should be terrorists” as well as praising bin Laden.

Guido added that Asik Rahman is also a bit of a fan of a cleric who has stated that ‘gay people are worse than animals’.

This Islamic savage with the dubious friends who Labour have picked to fight this council seat is not I’m afraid an outlier or an aberration. He is indicative of what the UK Labour Party has declined into. The fact that Asik Rahman can even be considered for the position of a councillor shows that the Labour Party no longer care about what is in the best interests of the ordinary British person, Labour now seem to care only for Muslims and what Muslims demand. The Labour Party that once stood up for ordinary Britons now throws ordinary Britons under the bus in order to gain favour with the Muslim community. Yet again Labour have shown themselves to be unfit to govern whether that be in a local or national government context.
