As someone who has been observing the depraved Islamic shithole that is Pakistan for a number of years, I keep wondering when I will hit the bottom of the pit of horror that Islam has created in this country. Sadly the pit never seems to have a bottom, the number and types of horrors produced by Pakistan’s ruling ideology of Islam seems to have no end.
The latest disgraceful and bestial story that I’ve found from Pakistan, to add to an already long list, comes from a town near Islamabad. According to the Pakistan Tribune (h/t ROP) there has been yet another violent misogynistic attack on a woman which has left her fighting for her life.
The Pakistan Tribune has said that a high level government employee has ‘tortured’ his young wife and forced her to drink acid. It appears that the abuse that this woman suffered was not a one off event and went on for a long time. The abuse was also aided and abetted by the husband’s relatives.
The young wife, whose name is Neelum and was a woman educated to degree level, was subjected to continual abuse by both her husband Tahir and his relatives. It was Neelum’s brother who instituted a complaint to the police about the abuse and the forced acid drinking, but it seems that in Pakistan the wheels of justice move very slowly indeed, if that is they move at all. The case is at an early stage and time will tell whether the alleged offenders in this case will be brought to justice. Sadly, knowing the Pakistani judicial system as I do, I won’t hold my breath waiting for justice for Neelum.
The Pakistan Tribune said:
Sharif further said that Neelum used to complain against continuous domestic abuse at the hands of her husband and her in-laws including Safia, Hajra and Asad Atif. Apart from physical abuse, Sharif said that Neelum also complained of being subjected to continuous verbal jeers and abuse apart from stinging criticism at her capability of managing household affairs and cooking.
Sharif said that when Neelum complained to her husband against the maltreatment meted out to her at the hands of his family, he, instead of consoling her, used to beat her up with support from his sisters and brother.
“After my sister’s condition was worsened, they tricked her into drinking some acid by calling it water,” Sharif said, adding that the liquid caused Neelum to fall unconscious while all other family members fled. Later when she came to and screamed with pain, it alerted area residents who rushed to her aid and shifted her to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).
The Tribune describes Neelum’s condition as being ‘critical’. It would be a miracle in my view if she survived this terrible and awful attack. Sadly this is just one misogynistic attack among thousands of others that afflict the lives of Pakistani women. Because of Islam and the gyno-hatred that this disgusting ideology promotes, women in Pakistan are often viewed as being as of about the same value as cattle. Pakistan is built on Islam and that is why this country is a shithole for women and for religious minorities, questioning Muslims and many others. Islam has turned Pakistan into a charnal house and is not so much a functioning nation but more of a cautionary tale about how quickly Islam can destroy and degrade a country.
