US President Donald Trump is now in the United Kingdom on the State Visit that has predictably enraged the political Left. The official parts of the visit such as the lunch with Her Majesty the Queen seem to be going well and the Left have behaved with the usual bad grace that we’ve come to expect from them.
Whilst many Britons appreciate the visit of Mr Trump and respect the office of President of the United States, the same cannot be said for the usual suspects of the Left. We’ve had posturing from the Commons Speaker John Bercow and as could be expected, ‘Jihad’ Jeremy Corbyn has addressed a bunch of hippies, Muslims and Leftists protesting the President’s visit.
I would have liked to be among the throng on the Mall cheering the President but unfortunately family and work commitments make this impossible. Even though the BBC is trying to make it seem as if the President’s visit has ‘divided’ the crowds outside Buckingham Palace, from what I can see on social media and from reading between the lines of various reports, is that the protests against the visit are not as great as those who are expressing favourable views of Mr Trump.
I was well chuffed to see Mr Trump stick the political boot into Greater London’s Mayor Sadiq ‘Saracen’ Khan. The President is correct, Khan is a failure as a leader and has presided over waste, mismanagement, worthless vanity projects and a massive rise in violent crime. There is, as the President said, a ‘touch of the Bill DeBlasio’ about ‘Saracen’ Khan. If Khan is upset by Mr Trump’s visit then I call that a bonus win to be honest.
I’ll write more about the visit later this week but for the meantime I will just say: ‘Welcome to the United Kingdom Mr President’. Don’t mind the lefty protestors, they don’t speak for me or many other Britons to be quite frank. They are gobby anti Western arseholes of the worst sort and should be either ignored or mocked depending on ones mood.
