A few months back I was perusing the Kiwi Farms board after having someone flag up for me a case that at first I was hesitant about covering for both legal reasons and reasons of obtaining provenance for the story. However the dam of silence surrounding this story has now broken big time and I must say that I am mightily pleased that it has. The subject of this story had tried to shield his name from the public eye but this person’s own online high profile was seen by a Canadian Human Rights Tribunal as good reason for not withholding the subject’s name from the public.
The case and story in question concerns a man called Jonathan Yaniv aka Jessica Yaniv, who describes himself as ‘Trans’ but allegedly behaves more like a sexual predator than any adult person undergoing gender reassignment that I have encountered. He has come to prominence recently as the ‘wax my lady balls’ man who has been approaching female only waxing salons and demanding that they wax his balls. When the salons and wax workers refused to handle male genitalia (there is no sign that Yaniv is genuinely transitioning as far as I can tell) he put in complaints and one of these complaints has now ended up before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal. It has been alleged that several waxing salons shut down rather than be bullied by Yaniv, who is not only a person who is said to be all too willing to go to law when he feels slighted, but also appears to have some pull with legacy social media companies such as Twitter, which has suspended critics of Yaniv.
Up until the Human Rights Tribunal declared that Yaniv could be named, he was shielded by the cloak of legal anonymity and the threat of critics losing platforms and cash if Yaniv went to law against them. However now that he has been named and his name is now legally in the public sphere more people have become aware of both Yaniv and his alleged actions and comments. This has caused more allegations to be aired by a number of high profile You Tuber’s such as Blair White, Tim Pool and Lauren Chen. This case has also been commented on by trans and feminist channels such as Rose of Dawn and Posy Parker. As an aside I agree with Ms Parker that the Yaniv case shows how ludicrous is the idea that people can choose their gender by way of self identification. The core ‘wax my ladyballs’ case is one where Yaniv has attempted to force women to touch his genitalia even when the women may have personal or even religious objections to touching a man’s genitalia. This is in my view completely wrong. To force women to handle a man’s intimate organs even against their own objections is akin to a form of forced prostitution. But, although this case is ongoing and I hope that it is a case that Yaniv loses, because if he wins it will be very bad for women in Canada and their safety and security. A man could self declare that they are trans / female / gender neutral and compel women to provide services that the women find objectionable or wrong or for which they are not qualified to carry out. If Yaniv wins this case then every pervert who wants a woman to reluctantly handle his genitals and who gets off on the woman’s reluctance, will be given carte blanche to indulge this perversion.
Another good thing that has come out about the removal of Yaniv’s anonymity is that it has allowed people to speak out about many of the other allegations about Yaniv, some of which are merely creepy and odd but there are others that give great cause for concern. The creepy behaviour is related to social media posts that Yaniv is alleged to have made to a variety of women talking about the female changing room environment and do women parade around naked and taking pictures of himself in various ladies toilets. However there is much worse that has come out concerning Yaniv’s alleged obsession with menstruation and especially the idea of a young girl menstruating for the first time. The screenshots that I’ve seen going around and of which some are included in Blair White’s video, are really ‘yukky’ for want of a better word. They show an obsession with menstruation, women’s bodies and women’s spaces that go beyond mere curiosity. Yaniv has also been alleged to have attempted to put on an LGBTQ topless swimming session for those twelve and over, which has further cemented the image in the public’s mind that Yaniv is a wrong ‘un. This last matter is especially egregious as the publicity for the event is said to forbid parents or carers from attending this topless swimming event for reasons of privacy. If alarm bells didn’t ring about Yaniv before then this last aspect of the case most certainly does. This bell is ringing with a tone that screams ‘there is no way on earth I’d leave my child with this person’.
Prior to the removal of Yaniv’s anonymity this story was the subject of a lot of gossip and rumour from various places around the internet. There were only a few hardy souls who wanted to risk legal action and / or deplatforming on the grounds of ‘transphobia’. I must admit I didn’t want to touch this story until I had more provenance in case ‘m’learned friends’ came knocking. But, now this story has properly broken and more information has come out, more people are coming forward and speaking out and what’s more is that some flesh has been put on the bones of what at first looked like difficult to prove rumours. I have little doubt that Jonathan Yaniv is a bit dodgy at the very least and either predatory or recklessly careless about the feelings of women at the very worst. Yaniv is the poster child as to why self gender identification and the demedicalising of the transsexual transgender phenomenon is a woefully bad idea and will lead to the abuse and downgrading of genetic women whether they be genital waxers or just women wanting to use a public toilet in peace.
