I told you this would happen – Lincolnshire edition

A stereotypical angry mob from one of the Frankenstein movies

One of the nasty consequences of being ruled over by a political class that panders to the ideology of Islam and refuses to listen to the concerns raised about Islam from the general public, is a rise in the feeling that the politicians have abandoned them. This feeling of abandonment then leads to feelings of powerlessness and desperation by those who are not being listened to. It also leads to a justifiable anger at this political class.

The danger as I see it is that this feeling of powerlessness, desperation and anger, can end up as a form of vigilantism, something that concerns me greatly. Those who have read other ‘I told you this would happen’ pieces on this site will be aware that I dislike vigilantism for good reasons, mostly as vigilantes are none too careful about their targets. Too often vigilantes end up harming the innocent as well as the guilty.

Vigilantism is also a sign that the social conventions and respect for the law have irretrievably broken down. I don’t see vigilantism as a positive force, more and indication of societal failure. Unfortunately vigilantism is what societies get when politicians overtly pander to Islam and basically rub non Muslim’s noses in this ideology and refuse to listen to citizens or subjects well founded concerns about an ideology that openly preaches hatred for those of other religious and cultural groups. Whenever I see what looks like an act of vigilantism against Islam or against those who appease and pander to Islam, I can’t help but wonder if this act of violence or damage would have been avoided had people’s genuine concerns about the death cult of Islam been listened to and acted upon.

A recent case from Lincolnshire smells very strongly to me of vigilantism and looks to me to be a result of a local authority arrogantly imposing an Islamic outpost, a mosque, on a place where it was plainly not wanted. I’m saddened by this act of vigilante arson as it’s something that I believe could have been avoided had not the Conservative led East Lindsay District Council listened to local people and not imposed this mosque where it plainly was not wanted by local people.

According to a report on the Lincolnshire Live website, a derelict building in Roman Road, Skegness that was earmarked to be turned into a mosque, mysteriously burned down on Sunday October 6th. A total of 45 firefighters tackled the blaze which fire officers believe to be the result of arson.

The building, which was purchased by a group calling itself Skegness Central Mosque burned down after permission had been given for it to be turned into an Islamic Community Centre/mosque by the local authority. This planning permission was given in spite of a significant number of objections to the idea. According to Lincolnshire Live when the plans were published there were 50 objections to the imposition of a mosque and only 1 response in favour.

This mosque was really really not wanted by local people as it would have not only brought to the town the objectionable ideology of Islam but also for the disruption this imposition would have caused. Traffic and noise pollution would have increased and parking availability and other quality of life issues would have become problems for local people.

The objections towards the imposition of a mosque that would have brought nothing good, such as jobs or businesses, to the area should have been listened to. Instead the local authority arrogantly imposed this mosque on Skegness and treated objectors like dirt whilst doing so. If I was a local resident I would be extremely angry at the sight of councillors crawling so far up the backsides of local Muslim groups that only their feet remain visible. I would be champing at the bit for the opportunity to vote these quislings out of office, something those who made this planning decision richly deserve.

The result of the arrogance and Islamopandering by the local authority is that now the hotheads have come out to play and they seem to have brought a gallon or petrol, a box of matches and a sense of desperation with them. The council seems to have gone out of their way to dump this mosque on this part of Skegness and have treated local people as little more than irritants whilst treating the Islamic group as elevated and special.

I deplore this act of arson I really do, because I know that it is a sign of a breakdown in trust between rulers and ruled in this area. But what is saddening for me is that it is an act of arson that could have been avoided had the council listened to local objections to this mosque and refused permission for it to be built. It should have been possible for local people to peacefully and effectively prevent this mosque from being imposed, this is what I and many other law abiding and law respecting people would have liked to have seen. By arrogantly imposing this mosque where it was plainly not wanted and treating local objectors like despised plebs, East Lindsay District Council may have caused to come true the late John F Kennedy’s statement that ‘those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable’.

I would like to conclude by urging readers not to emulate this act of vigilantism but instead wait until election time and kick the Islam appeasing politicians whoever and wherever they are that rule over us where it really hurts, right in the ballots. I despise Islam and Islam’s quislings as much as the next patriot, but arson really is not the way to go to fight these foes.
