Sudanese Islamic savage who tried to carry out a vehicular terror attack in Westminster has been gaoled for life with a minimum recommendation that he serve 15 years by Mrs Justice McGowan at the Central Criminal Court in London. Salih Khater aged 30 drove his Ford Fiesta at cyclists and a pedestrian waiting at red traffic lights in Parliament Square in August of last year.
The savage Khater denied terrorism charges but was convicted by a jury back in July of this year. The court heard that he has not been forthcoming about his motivation but the judge said that this was a copycat terror attack based on other similar attacks which have been carried out by Islamic terrorists.
Khater claimed to the court that this was all an accident and that he was just looking for the Sudanese embassy and panicked, hitting those waiting at the traffic lights. But the jury saw through his lies and convicted him on two counts of attempted murder. The court heard that the savage Khater did not have any visible links with terrorist groups but this attack still targetted innocent people. The court also heard that it was a miracle that nobody was killed in this attack.
The Judge said that she believed that it was Khater, who lived in Birmingham had the intention to spread terror by his attack.
This is another dangerous Islamic savage who has thankfully been put out of the way for at least a few years. The problem is there are many more like Khater lurking in our towns and cities just waiting to take his place and commit acts of terror like this or even worse.
