I’m not always the greatest fan of the Metropolitan Police but on this occasion I have to voice my support that they are at least dealing with the disruptive middle class ‘children’ who make up the majority of the misguided and scientifically illiterate ‘Extinction Rebellion’ mob. Extinction Rebellion are not just naive environmentalists who’ve bought into the idea that Carbon Dioxide,which makes up 0.04% of the Earth’s atmosphere, is a ‘major pollutant’. They are instead Communists who want to transform our current liberal democratic capitalist society into an agrarian one and probably, eventually by using methods that Pol Pot might have approved.

The Met Police have finally listened to the ordinary people who live and work in London and are clearing Extinction Rebellion protestors out of Trafalgar Square. These protestors have blocked buildings, sprayed paint at Government buildings, impeded travellers by climbing onto aircraft roofs and generally made life difficult for all those who need to get around in the Capital. For two weeks this group of adult toddlers have bleated about a mostly non-existent ‘Climate Emergency’ and have behaved more like the adherents to a doomsday cult rather than a group of people with a reasonable political cause.

Extinction Rebellion activists have been ordered to stop their protest in London immediately or face arrest, as police attempt to halt more than a week’s disruption.

Activists have been told to leave Trafalgar Square, where many have congregated lawfully since Monday last week.

More than 1,400 people have been arrested during eight days of action, with police warning anyone who ignores the ban will be detained.

The ‘Tarquins’ and ‘Jocastas’,the middle class kids LARPing at being revolutionaries whilst ironically promoting the most Establishment cause there is, climate change, are being given the boot. The police and indeed the various governing authorities in London have been remarkably indulgent of these Extinction Rebellion protestors and they’ve been allowed to get away with far more than say a Patriot group would have been allowed to get away with. Extinction Rebellion have got away with delaying people getting to work, to hospital and to their homes and they’ve done this in the name of a quasi-religious doomsday cult.

I suspect that although some will move before the deadline, many others will not. It’s quite possible that these adult children will be arrested in large numbers and this will be due in part to the fact that there is no cost to these protestors to being arrested. They will not lose jobs or college places or even welfare benefits. They will probably not even have to worry about paying any fines that such arrests may incur because after all many of these protestors come from the social class that can easily say ‘Mater and Pater will pay our fines’.
