It’s the thirteenth day of the Islamic festival of Ramadan and still the dead bodies pile up. So far 224 people have lost their lives to Islamic religiously inspired or approved violence during this period.

As I’ve said before on the subject of Ramadan, no other major religion has such a record of religious violence during one of its major festivals. We don’t see such blood-lust during Jewish Passover and neither do we see it at the Christian Christmas, it’s only Islam that does this.

According to the Religion of Peace website which monitors Islamic violence across the world, these 224 people were killed in 59 separate terrorist attacks. Not for nothing is Ramadan known among cynics about Islam as the ‘festival of skipping lunch and then murdering people’.

It is all but impossible to look at Islam, its scriptures, its history and its record to know that the very last thing that Islam can be accused of is being a genuinely peaceful faith. Islam is a violent death cult and it is at Ramadan that this death cult like behaviour is so plainly displayed.
