Africa is suffering. Many of its nations are suffering not just from many of the problems that African nations have suffered since independence, such as war, corruption and political mismanagement, all things that many in the West are aware of, but from a Jihad that is being poorly reported in the Western media.

Whilst it is in some way natural for Western media to concentrate on the problems of jihad that directly afflict Westerners, these problems are quite obviously much closer to home and much more relevant to media audiences, I do believe that it is shameful for there to be so much media ignorance of the African Jihad. This ignorance and lack of coverage of jihad in Africa is why I call this the ‘forgotten jihad’. It’s the jihad that gets shockingly low levels of coverage in the West.

Tens of thousands of innocent people have been murdered by Muslim extremists on the continent of Africa. Whole towns are filled with those grieving for their losses at the hands of Islamic psychopaths, yet most people outside of Africa are unaware of what is going on.

The latest Islamic atrocity to afflict Africans comes, as is too often the case, from Nigeria, where Islamic groups have specifically targeted the nation’s Christian and Animist communities. Nigerians in particular have been the victims of an increasing number of attacks by Muslim groups and these Islamic terror groups have created a situation where life is precarious for those non-Muslims and even some individual Muslims, who do not bow down to the Islamic psychopaths.

Aid workers have been the target of the latest Islamic horror to afflict Nigeria which saw five members of a humanitarian aid organisation murdered by the Islamic Boko Haram terror group. According to a report on an African news site called RipplesNigeria (h/t @Gary3 on Gab), the five humanitarian aid workers were shot at close range by Boko Haram in a video seen by RipplesNigeria. The workers from an unnamed NGO were accused by Boko Haram of ‘trying to turn Muslims into unbelievers’.

Suspected members of the Boko Haram sect have executed five humanitarian workers in the North East.

In a 35-second video published on the jihadist group’s social media platform on Wednesday, five hooded armed men were seen standing behind the five abducted workers who knelt before them.

The slain aid workers, according to the gunmen who carried out the execution, were staff of non-governmental organisations.

In the video, an unidentified member of the terror group who spoke in Hausa said: “This is a message to the infidels who are using you to cheat and turn our people into unbelievers.

“You should know that your employers are just using you to achieve their aims, but they don’t care about you. That’s why whenever we abduct you, they don’t care about you.

The spokesman for the Boko Haram savages then demanded that people turn to the Islamic deity and warned that the fate of these aid workers would be shared by other aid workers who were captured by Boko Haram. At the end of the speech one of the gunmen ordered all the aid workers to be shot dead.

This is the sort of violence that is being meted out to Africans by Islamic terror groups in multiple countries across the continent. From Nigeria to Kenya, from Burkina Faso to Mozambique, ordinary human beings are being tortured and murdered by the followers of the woefully misnamed ‘religion of peace’.

If we truly believe that All Lives Matter, then we should not ignore the jihad that is taking place in Africa. To turn our backs on the African’s suffering at the hands of Islamic psychopaths would be to deny our and their humanity.

However there is another, more self centred, reason for not ignoring the jihad that is afflicting Africa. This is because as Islamic extremism grows in Western nations such extremism is not going to be just the occasional bombing, stabbing or shooting attack as is the case at present. What these jihadi savages are doing in Africa, with mass murders and abductions etc they could quite easily and willingly do in our own countries. The Jihad in Africa is an Islamic blueprint for what they would want to do with the rest of us. Western people and Western governments need to be aware of what the jihadi savages are doing in Africa because it’s more than likely that these jihadi savages will target us for such murderous tactics next.
