As many regular readers of this blog will know, I used to be a supporter of Britain’s police. My support for them came from my past extensive personal contacts with them via work and other relationships but now I can no longer support them. The last few years had given me more than enough evidence to cause me to change my mind about them and too many of them seem to be little more than mindless order followers and uniformed thugs. They have also abandoned any pretence that they are policing people, groups or causes equally nor applying the law equally.
A good example of this lack of equitable policing comes from London in recent days where police facilitated the disgusting leftists of Extinction Rebellion to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph stating that ‘climate change means war’. They did this whilst preventing military veterans from approaching the Cenotaph, who in my view should have been allowed to pay their respects to our war dead. Two alleged veterans were arrested for being in the vicinity of the Cenotaph in Parliament Square by officers from the same Metropolitan Police who happily let Extinction Rebellion sully the sanctity of the Cenotaph by laying their political protest wreath.

The first comes from the local speech broadcaster for London. LBC and shows that these environmental fascists were allowed to put together their disgusting protest right outside Richmond House the former Health Department headquarters,with no disturbance from the police or any other government security figures. If you watch the video then you will see that Extinction Rebellion were not challenged by police at all, in fact the police were noticeable by their absence.
Contrast how these environmental fascists were treated by the authorities with how they treated two men who claim they were veterans who were in Parliament Square and who may have wanted to pay their respects to Britain’s war dead. These two men were threatened, arrested for ‘breaching coronavirus regulations’ and then manhandled by police, as you can see from this video from Resistance GB and republished on the Subject Access channel.
What we can see from these two videos is blatantly biased policing by police using the coronavirus regulations to bully and harass members of the public. We are supposed to be policed by consent but a growing number of Britons are seeing that we are not being policed by consent and are speaking up about that fact. What we have now are politicised police forces that follow whatever whim the government of the day come up with and they are now not hiding that bias which is bias against the public and for the government. I have no confidence in the police any more to police honestly and fairly I’m afraid and my view is shared, based on what I’ve seen and heard, by an increasing number of the British public.
