Dirk Bogarde was one of my very favourite actors of the period of the 1950’s through to the 70’s.  In this movie, Cast A Dark Shadow, he is absolutely brilliant as a scheming lothario psychopath who married an older woman who then died in very suspicious circumstances.  Cracking film noir setting and camerwork along with great acting from the supporting cast.  I was delighted to find this movie and I hope that you all enjoy it too.
