Update on my 2019 speech crime arrest.

I have just this morning heard from the Metropolitan Police by post that the very expensive investigation that involved at least six officers from both the Met and West Mercia Police into allegations of ‘hate speech’ offences that started in October 2019 has been closed. It appears that no further action will be taken on this matter on the grounds that there is ‘insufficient evidence’ that would stand up in a court to show that I could be considered guilty of such an offence.

There are matters that need to be attended to in order to finally close out this issue at which point I will produce a more long form piece on this matter.

It appears that common sense has prevailed.

I would like to thank all those thousands of people both at home and overseas who have supported me during the time of this investigation.

  1. I am sure all the hours spent going after you from the safety and comfort of an office was a much more agreeable way for the police to spend their working days then actually going after those nasty criminal types. Always go after the law abiding, they don’t abuse you or offer you violence and they pay any fines your lucky enough to get awarded against they.

    • Well said Roy, I got the same crap from the Met Gestaplods in 20q9. Kept me dangling for nearly 6 months. Meanwhile REAL crime is through the roof with serious issues being “no-crimed” or rather TfL Too Fucking Lazy to investigate or more likely, far easier to go after soft targets who won’t riot or call them waaaycist or phobic giving the illusion of activity while massaging otherwise lamentable clear-up rates.

  2. Josh. Well speak next week about this travesty. I assume you got a “letter of discontinuance” from the CPS, which allows them to “revisit” it at any time “should new evidence emerge” a sword of Damocles that flows you forever and a sniper’s charter for the malicious. I’ll wager that you were also data-raped for their pernicious databases.
