Mr Tim Worstall has noticed that a branch of the sclerotic National Health Service has won an award. Hooray you might think, but not so fast. This isn’t an award for clinical excellence, those sort of awards don’t go to the sort of healthcare system that currently has one tenth of the UK population sitting on its waiting lists. Instead this is a worthless bullshit ‘diversity award’ given to the NHS Business Authority by an equally worthless diversity in business organisation.

It’s typical of the NHS isn’t that it doesn’t win any awards for what should be its core services, that of healthcare, but instead wins awards for the self same wasteful bureaucracy that goes a long way to making the NHS such a crap healthcare system. Sodding about with ‘diversity’ bollocks should come a very distant way behind actually providing the high quality healthcare that the taxpayer is rinsed for every single day.

As Mr Worstall so accurately and pungently put it: “Stop pissing around with this shit and fix Granny’s hip you ignorant, cuntish, tossers.”

The problem is that today’s NHS seems to prioritise the worthless crap activities such as ‘diversity’, ignoring biology in order to not ‘offend’ mentally ill trans types and supporting the many individuals and entities that now make a good living from being a parasite feeding off of the NHS. Decent quality, safe and timely healthcare for those who get taxes extorted from them to pay for the NHS on the other hand, doesn’t seem to be prioritised.
