It’s getting up to the fourth anniversary of the attempt by some socialists, ID-pol grievance mongering obsessives and their mates in the Met to get me done for some dubious ‘hate speech’ ‘crime’. This attempt failed dismally when the police, after examining all my words and the contents of all my IT equipment, decided that there was no evidence that I had done anything wrong. I was, to paraphrase the famous scene with the Droids in Star Wars: ‘Not the Jewish neo-Nazi they were looking for’ LOL.
But, moving forward to today, it’s probably time to make another comment that is currently controversial, a comment that is entirely true but which is likely to be considered as arrestable by some of Britain’s clown show police officers following clown world laws in my sadly clown world country. This controversial and possibly arrestable statement is as follows:
Women do not have penises
Women have never had penises
Women never will have penises
Women never will acquire, naturally or by other means, penises
Nobody with XX chromosomes can have a penis.
I’ll compound my ‘offence’ by saying
Men do not have vaginas
Men have never had vaginas
Men do not have a uterus
Men cannot have a uterus
Men never will acquire, naturally or otherwise a normally functioning uterus or a vagina
Nobody with XY chromosomes can have a natural vagina or uterus

Oh of course there are extremely rare chromosomal anomalies but they are just that, anomalies. What pisses me off and indeed what pisses off some with these disorders of sex development is the Trans Cultists appropriating them in order to give a sheen to their pseudoscientific BS.
I am not a ‘pseudoscientific trans activist’ but I have to remind you that in 2004 the Gender Recognition Act was passed in the UK to allow legal recognition of a gender change without a requirement for surgery. So of course some transwomen can legally have a penis. If people feel so strongly about it they should be campaigning for the Repeal of the 2004 Act rather than endlessly posing the trick question about whether a ‘woman’ can have a penis.
I’m not accusing you personally of being a pseudoscientific trans activist. I’m saying that the vast majority of trans ideology is pseudoscience. The 2004 GRA created the legal fiction that a person has changed sex even though on a biological level this is impossible. The GRA in my view should never have been extended to include those who have not surgically transitioned The Fair Play for Women site says: “Most notably, the UK went beyond the legal requirement set by the ECHR in which the legal precedent had been set for a post-op transsexual. The UK was under no legal obligation to have removed the need for surgery at that point. However, the case was made that in some cases reassignment surgery was not possible for medical reasons, and also that long delays could occur while people waited for surgery. The consequence of this decision is of course, that now, not only can a biological male be considered legally female but that he can also be fully, bodily male with no modifications at all.” The UK went beyond what other countries have done re transsexuals.
As I’ve said in a previous post on my history of supporting LGB causes I did once support the GRA but now because of now obvious unintended consequences I’m not sure I could support the GRA cause now. I would prefer it be repealed or at least heavily amended to only apply to post op TS people.
Oh and women clearly do not have penises even if some men who are intact males have availed themselves of the legal fictions provided by the GRA.
