The news that the government is going to forbid the use of puberty blockers for children with gender-difference delusions is fantastic. It’s something that I hope to write about in more detail tomorrow, although that is dependent on recovering from my current child-vectored stomach upset.

On the matter of transgenderism many of our institutions have gone thoroughly mad with everyone from the BBC to the Armed Forces unthinkingly climbing aboard the trans bandwagon. Many people have lost out because of the centring of the cult of trans. Women have lost access to sports and female only spaces and sometimes been erased from discourse altogether whilst children have been unnecessarily drugged and mutilated at the insistence of the gender identity cult.

The cult of trans has had bad outcomes for many, including those who for whatever reason have chosen trans as their identity but another aspect of this scandal is how the cult of trans has inflicted its beliefs on those seeking help for mental health problems. Trans beliefs have become endemic in the therapy world and that should worry us all. Those who are incredibly vulnerable and who might be seeking help from therapists should be able to freely talk about their concerns with a therapist and not have that therapy mediated by identity politics or have an affirmation of gender delusion policy imposed on those providing therapy,

I watched the video below by Amy Gallagher of the New Culture forum with absolute horror. Much of what she had to say about the Gender Mengeles of the Tavistock Clinic is familiar to me however the takeover of the psychology field by gender and identity ideology was not so much known to me. I’d heard rumours of course but Ms Gallagher’s video shows just how deeply Critical Theory, a twisted version of Marxism based on the politics of identity, has negatively influenced the psychology and associated professions.
