From Elsewhere: Let’s blame the French (rightly this time)

There’s an excellent article over on Spiked written by Malcolm Clark, a doughty opponent of the purveyors of ‘gender woo woo’ about the Queer culture heavy Olympics opening ceremony. In this article Mr Clark digs into the post 1968 French sexual liberation movements and finds much that is both dark and nasty and sometimes completely contrary to concepts of child safeguarding.

Whilst the sexual revolution did some good, such as paving the way for legal equality for LGB people, the Queer Theory that developed from this revolution has been a bedrock on which the Cult of Trans and the attempts by paedophiles to legitimise their sickness has been based. As someone who as a journalist sat in on some of the last PIE (Paedophile Information Exchange) trials at the Central Criminal Court in London in the 1980’s, I believe that it is no coincidence that this group appeared after 68 and who operated mainly in the mid 1970’s after the ideas of those French intellectuals had percolated to the UK.

When it comes to dangerous and destructive ideologies such as Queer Theory, it looks like that this is one of those situations when we can legitimately blame the French for something truly awful.

Mr Clark said:

The uncomfortable truth the Olympics has singularly failed to acknowledge is that, from the start, the uncompromising, radical wing of the LGBTQ+ movement, which now loves to call itself ‘queer’, embraced ideas that should never be accepted by mainstream society. That’s why organisers of public events should be more careful when they promote ‘queer’ culture. They may think they are championing diversity and inclusion. But if they look at recent French history, they will see they’re promoting something far darker.
