At last! Some good news for Britain

Jihadi Bride Shamima Begum who will no longer be able to come back to the UK and no longer considered as a British citizen.

Some very good news for Britain.  Jihadi Bride Shamima Begum has lost her final appeal to the UK Supreme Court.  There’s nowhere else she can legally go now.  She can’t come back to the UK and there’s no other sort of case she can bring against HMG.  Goodbye and good riddance.

The London Evening Standard said:

Shamima Begum will not be allowed to challenge the removal of her British citizenship at the Supreme Court, justices have ruled.

Last year, Ms Begum lost her appeal against the decision to revoke her citizenship on national security grounds at the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (SIAC), after she was found in a Syrian refugee camp following her travel to the country as a 15-year-old in 2015.

On Wednesday, justices at the UK’s highest court said Ms Begum could not appeal again after she lost a Court of Appeal bid in February.

In their decision, Lords Reed, Hodge and Lloyd-Jones denied Ms Begum the green light to go to the Supreme Court, finding her proposed appeal grounds “do not raise an arguable point of law”.

The three justices said that there was no arguable challenge to the Court of Appeal’s decision, including on whether Ms Begum should have been able to make representations to the then-Home Secretary before she was removed of her citizenship.

That’s one unwanted Jihadi down, just a few thousand more to go.  Whilst the cost to the taxpayer in legal costs to keep Begum out must be eye-watering, at least this may set some sort of legal precedent that can be applied to other Jihad types who have traveled overseas to involve themselves in Islamic terror groups.

It’s a start. Let’s wait and see how long it takes that Starmer creature to roll over in favour of community cohesion or some such bullexcrement. On the other hand, what on earth can we do with all the unwanteds who have not yet left?

He already has rolled over. Just look at some of the decisions that Labour have made since coming to office. As for the other tens of thousands of extremist Muslims being watched by the boys and girls of Thames House to prevent these Muslims extremism becoming kinetic, that is going to take the power of the state to do that and to get to that position Britons need a state that will stand up for them and not shaft them.

  3. Another bit of good news – Humza Yousaf is threatening to leave the UK because of the riots.

What makes me sad is that there isn’t a Go Fund Me to contribute to this divisive lunatics travel to Gaza or wherever.

  4. It’s only delaying the inevitable return, next stop ECHR and no chance they will side with the UK.
