From Elsewhere: Daniel Salt says that the migration linked political convulsions will not spare Britain’s political elites

Both the current British government and the previous Conservative one acted and still act as if Britain is immune from the migration linked convulsions that have been a feature of continental Europe. Britain’s elite pat themselves on the back because there’s no UK equivalent of the German Alternative for Germany or France’s National Rally with significant electoral support.

But in an excellent article on the Politically Homeless blog, the writer Daniel Salt tells his readers that this belief by the British Establishment that Britain will not have angry citizens rising up because of the migration disaster that has been visited up on Britons, is incorrect, Britain, Mr Salt says, is most certainly not immune from what is going on in Continental Europe, nor the public response to the problems and that sooner or later what is politically convulsing France, Germany and other Western European countries will do the same in Britain.

I find myself in agreement with Mr Salt on this. Britain doesn’t have an equivalent of the AFD or NR like Germany and France respectively, but the situation is so bad with regard migration and the liberal elite are so dead set on continuing to flood the UK with eye watering levels of third world migrants, that sooner or later this will change.

One of the key passages in Mr Salt’s article that caught my eye was a section about how the liberal elite lie about how nothing can be done about excessive, unwanted (by the wider population) and damaging migration. Mr Salt points out that Britain’s out of touch and Briton hating liberal elite whine that they can’t change things because of legislation and international agreements although such changes are NOT impossible.

Mr Salt said:

They could easily repeal the Human Rights act, they could easily withdraw from any treaty or organisation like the European Court of Human Rights. These are simple choices that could be made by the political class at any time. They could stop legal and illegal migration within days if they were so motivated but they don’t – again stated vs revealed preferences. So people should be angry and they are.

Instead the liberal classes are attempting to hide on every level the reality of the situation. Crimes are buried, economic data is massaged, benefit data is hidden but the truth is coming out. All the dead bodies are coming up whether the clever people in charge like it or not and slowly but surely the truth is revealing itself. The sudden light is exposing the rotten decaying foundations of their immigrationist worldview. The facts couldn’t stay hidden forever because the problems have become so big.

You could hide a few attacks or benefit claims but not when the migrant population is in the millions and certainly not when the general public is getting shat on economically by a system which has manifestly failed. But reality is finally shining through and with it is coming the public rage – slow to build but it will be impossible to stop in the end. Starmer may have cowed the working class post the riots but soon it will be the middle class who erupt and they know how to work the media and the law.

The UK may be in the eye of the hurricane but we will soon punch through the wall to join the rest of the West in the heart of the storm. This is not going away and if things are half as bad as I think then I expect this bad boy to go all the way to category six as more and more people realise what has been done to us and our societies by the liberal classes and their worldview.

He’s right I’m afraid. The liberal classes have screwed Britain and Britons over and things are going to get nasty when a critical mass of Britons realise that and understand that Britain’s liberal elite has brought the nation to such a low point that third world illegal migrants, brought in my our liberal elite, loaf about in heated hotels whilst the poorest parts of the citizenry freeze, starve and are worked to death to pay for said migrants. Mr Salt is also correct that the anger is rising so much and politics is shifting so fast because of the scale of the problems that the Establishment has caused that when the political shock comes it will come very quickly. I am in full agreement with Mr Salt when he says that he’s worried about what is going to happen when this shock comes.

I believe that the shock and all the nasty stuff that will likely come with it can be headed off before it hits, but it will take those who make up the UK Establishment or Liberal Elite or whatever you call it to realise they’ve screwed up and work to put things right. The trouble is as Mr Salt says, the political class don’t, can’t or won’t see the political hurricane coming our way.

I would most strongly advise anybody with an interest in the current disaster facing Britain to read Mr Salt’s piece as it makes for sobering reading.

  1. Thanks for the interesting post and link.
Wouldn’t advise holding your breath waiting for either of our legacy parties to address this issue – l believe any change will have to come from elsewhere.
