What fresh hell for British women is this? Now we have state sanctioned sexual assaults

If you are looking for yet another valid reason, among the many that already exist, to despise Britain’s police leadership then here’s another. British Transport Police, the force that polices the railway network and other transport infrastructure, has decided that men in dresses can engage in the intimate searching of female detainees. The man in a dress doesn’t even need to have competed any sort of surgical transition, he just needs to be in possession of a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC) and one of those can be obtained merely with a couple of doctors reports and just a plan for surgical or medical transition.

British Transport Police have created a situation where female detainees who are being intimately searched at a police station might end up being searched by an intact male who had just got his GRC the day before. This means that Police Constable Bert can leave the police station after one shift and return as PC Bertha for the next shift and intimately search female detainees. That very likely scenario happens merely because he turns up calling himself Bertha and is armed with a Gender Recognition Certificate.

This is a monstrous affront to the dignity and privacy of women it really is. What’s worse is that these forces are so infested with gender ideology that women will not be able to legally object to a bloke in a dress intimately searching her. If she objects then it’s possible that she’s committed a ‘hate crime’, with all the problems that come with such an allegation in Britain, the land of the unfree.

For the police to allow men wearing dresses to intimately search women and what’s worse, at a time when these women might be vulnerable in some way, is a basic human rights failure. I also wonder if it also goes against the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE) of 1984 which specifies that where intimate searches are done by a police officer and not a medical practitioner that officer must be of the same sex as the person being searched. Personally I cannot see how allowing men in dresses to search women fits in with PACE.

What British Transport Police and other forces drunk on gender woo woo are doing are putting women in the position of being subjected to state sanctioned sexual assault. The rights of someone who decides one day that they are not as they were born and from then on pretend to be otherwise, have been put streets ahead of the rights of British women and girls.

Biology says that women are much more physically vulnerable than men. That’s not sexism on my part and I’m not intending it to be, that’s just biological fact. Most of the time women are much more vulnerable to physical coercion than many men are. Also put yourself in the shoes of the sort of women that the police might be having to search. These women might be abused, addicted or trafficked or survivors of abuse and telling them that they’ve got to submit to a bloke in a dress intimately searching them would be compounding whatever traumatised them in the first place.

Britain’s police management have created a policy that will subject women in custody to monstrous indignities, invasions of privacy and possible psychological trauma. It is a policy which will treat women detainees as second class citizens in comparison to the men in dresses that police management fawns over. This is not a policy that should be tolerated by any Briton no matter who we are whether we are man or woman. It’s an affront to women’s dignity and safety and must be fought.
